41AA (What? You Guys Thought We Wouldn't Talk?)

I was amazed to believe that this site finally exsisted. I am a former slave of the evil empire. I've worked with some of the greatest and worst ass kissers around. My favorite enemy would have to be Dan "I have a 8th grade education" Kalina. There were about 2 hours out of the 65-70 hour work week where I didn't want to punch him in his fat face. But all the comments about Snelly, are so dead on. I've never in my life seen such an ass kisser before. She was constantly in my BM's office and with the blinds pulled shut. What was going on behind there, I don't know. I've been out of the company for a couple years. I got royally screwed over by one ARM that always like to sound like he was from California. Got canned for having an affair with a co-worker who had some plastic enhancement. Promotions aren't based on anything more than a popularity contest. I didn't give into kissing ass so I just finally said screw this. This was absolutley sad what occurred at that company. I worked with some of the dumbest people around. Get out while you still can. That's my only advice.

I worked for erac for 3 years and watched jerk after jerk get promoted based on who liked who and how much ass they kissed. I was told early on that erac gave "performance based promotional opportunities" but I guess that's what they need to say to get young college kids in the door and on the chain gang. I truly bought into the erac life and was one of their biggest cheerleaders for years. I was impressed when they gave people that had messed up a second chance b/c not alot of companies will do that. Well, when I made my first screw up after 3 years, suddenly you don't get second chance!! (if you haven't kissed enough ass). I bled green for these assholes and made them god-knows-how-much money, only to have them force me to quit for one mistake! I, like demer, know how much it sucks to really love a company and have them turn around and shit on you at a moments notice. To all current and new employees: BEWARE! Kiss as much ass as possible or face the consequences!!!!

AA and GG.....the armpit of group 41. Hutch, stop playing with your nuts all the time. What a joke that guy is. I'd like to piss on his head.

How about that gentleman who complaints about a LESBIAN in the organization? I can’t figure out if he is complaining that “the Lesbian” has a better position, makes more money or simply didn’t go to bed with him. Buddy, do you have problems with women in power? Get your own woman and leave the lesbians, gays and bitches alone…get a life! Listen to this poor military masters man, whining about the girl that left him when he is surrounded by hundreds of girls – aged 18-24, from his college town…oh, perhaps it’s true what they say about men: they cry about what they can’t get versus working at getting it right!

Perhaps, “Mr. Lieutenant-Wonderful man”, you are a member of a military family. Does your honorable military family know what you do in your spare time? What would your mother say if she read this? Such honor, Mr. Military man, hiding behind a web site to complaint about a woman who you claim betrayed you.

Mr. Officer, does you superior know that you place your complaints of your love life on a bashing web site? Now wonder we have the problems our “boys” can’t get it right and have lost their honor crying at a bash web site. Something tells me this is not a conversation at boot camp, so go back to the Grand Canyon!

What happened to Brent? Was he fired? Why?

Brent left for the right reasons, ..he believes in people and family. He is a TRUE leader, he always fought for what is right. He deserved to go really far with ERAC but management was scared and refused to do the right thing. I can contact him if you need anything, he will be there for you.

I have started a counseling seminar for ex-enterprise employees. With all the issues and problems that you people have during and after working there I make a fortune. Talk about preying on the weak and feeble. It is unbelievable, the way your minds are manipulated and controlled from day 1 absolutely amazes me. I recently was on business in West Palm and I walked into a branch, someone named Matt helped me. He went on and on about how he wanted to get out, but he didn’t know if there would be any opportunity in “The outside world”. You almost feel bad, it's like the homeless. You see them there and they need help and they just don't know how to get it.

There is a reason Enterprise has not gone public. Would you want to be on a board of directors for a company with this kind of reputation? Or has a website like this? Trust me they know it exists and they don’t have any idea how to stop it.

Yes he was, however it is a shame he made the choice that he did. Brent was of the few people in this company that didnt fall into the typical corporate as kissing category. He was a vital part of the positive energy and well needed integrety this company is despiratley lacking. Isnt it convienient that corporate can turn their heads for some unethical behavior, but not others????

how is everyone doing now that Brent is gone, I sure miss him. He was such a positive person and my our jobs enjoyable. Now Hutch just calls all the time, what an asshole, like he really cares? Maybe Austin will wake up and let that peion go. Hell we work for AA, we will have all new management soon, maybe they should really get rid of the everyone, including Ennis and Mary (do not fraternize, my husband is in HR). I love it when I get that message, it just puts a smile on my face. Alan, if you are reading this, WHICH I HOPE YOU ARE, please check into these people, wanna talk about corrupt !!!
