Default 41AA (What? You Guys Thought We Wouldn't Talk?)

This by far is the worst region known. These jack holes have a Regional Rental Manager, we'll just call him "Hutch" who doesn't know his ass from his bosses ass, or elbows, which ever one works for you. The group wonders why this region sucks, its upper management, they couldn't manage their way out of a card board box. The only thing good that comes from this region were all the slutty women!

Not done there, we just had a branch manager "Harry Potter" get promoted to ARM when his numbers were so bad nobody knows the math formula they used for this guy to get promoted while his girlfriend (41AA recuiter, who we call behind her back, butter tooth because she never brushes her teeth) goes out and actually starts doing her job recuiting for his new area so that he will be well staffed so that he doesn't get fired like the ARM he is replacing. We wonder why we weren't staffed for all those months before? well i'll tell you this much she wasn't at the dentist, she was too busy taking her girlfriends that work for the company to lunch everyday while we fork the bill in expenses.

I really could go on and on, but I want to hear from all you guys in/or no longer in 41AA.

Look at you now 41AA, my ass is smeared all over your face.

Well, I have to agree with you, this region is ridiculous! All it is, is people playing favortism.......They manipulate numbers for anyone that they want to promote and find the smallest reason ever not to let certain people interview for promotions. For them to like you, you need to be single, hot, and have sales and ESQI or just plain kiss their ass all day. So if you are not willing to kiss their ass you can pretty much forget it! When they walk into your branch and ask you how you think your ESQI is and you give them a realistic answer, they are pissed, they want a textbook ERAC answer, but yet if your office is full of people you wont see them jump behind the counter and get your customers going they will either, dodge and hide in an office, or leave. Anyways my point is they love recruiting at colleges for a reason and that is because people who have been out in the real world would never come and do this slave work, but they sell college students on this real job and that you could potentially make what the people in corporate are making, they fail to tell you all the bullshit that you will have to go through to get there. I guess its a great stepping stone to a better job especially if you have good sales.

your right everyone mentioned are a bunch of tools. I had a meeting with that recruiter your talking about and i couldn't even look at her because the grill was beat, worst of all she thinks and acts like a RVP or something. I'm not in that region but i agree from what i heard its the worst, all the employees say they would rather sell knives....!!!!!!

To respond to the orignal posting. Wake up you all work for a corporation. It is like this anywhere you go. (Anywhere with the growth potenial that Enterprise has) There will always be that one person who gets promoted all the time...there will always be the one person who gets pass over all of the time...(no one knows why except for upper management) The best advice is to stay below radar. The only negitive thing that i can say personally, is that Enterprise is the first company that i know that does not honor loyality. There are many employees out there that get away with anything. Now i cant talk. But, i actually figured out that i was doing things wrong...and stop before upper management found out...it was the after effect that got me caned...it was my loyality to my employees and to my office that got me fired. Upper management will say it was b/c i lied...no shit i lied to protect my office and employees, i already took the responsibility for my actions. There was no reason to jeopardize other employee careers. Uppper management has to realize in a performance base company you will always have people thinking of new ways to generate profits. B/C that is how there are told they get promoted...however the way the promotions have been going it seems like numbers dont matter any more. Enterprise is trying to play safe and that is not what got them to where they are today. Well that just my opinion base on my short career with Enterprise. Dont get me wrong i loved Enterprise I wanted to stay but from being in the military i am loyal to the people that support me. I wanted to be one of the managers that raises there hand and says "hey i made a mistake but i learned from it, i am still hear because Enterprise knows how valuable i am" You will see this when you go to meetings. If anyone needs career where you actually get promoted on proformance and have your own buisness let me know. I'm looking for loyal people who are driven.

Demer, I've heard of you...and I work in Miami. People talked about how great you were, and how many great things you brought to that region. I heard about the bad deal you got after I called a friend in that region to find out why you got fired. They said people loved working with you, the manager my friend has right now they hate, and doesn't want to work for them, let alone make a profit for them. I believe your right about my company, unfortunity we are all young when we take our jobs with ERAC and we don't know any better. I've been stuck with this job for sometime and I'll one day get the courage to leave because I know there is something better out there for me (I eventually want a family) and these hours wont let me do that. What's more important?

Hey Demer,
We miss you down here at CC. I think it is bullshit how you got fired. It just goes to show you how fuck up that region is. They fired one of there best employees which probaly cared more about ERAC then some RVP's. It would be different if you were a piece of shit who didn't care. They should have made an exception for you...like they do for everybody else. Just look at all the people who are getting promoted to ARM, BRM, and ASM. Most of them are a bunch of kiss asses and that is why they got promoted (they sure hell didnt have the numbers) Dem, dont worry about ERAC they are slowing falling apart. You are right they are starting to play it safe. I am going to give number to some people who are sick and tired of this bullshit and drama. Hell I am going to give you call for myself. I'll use my ERAC account contacts for my own business. It is my turn to used and abuse ERAC for everything they have. Looking forward to being on your team.

My girlfriend of over three years just broke up with me 3 days before Christmas. She did it over the phone, from work. We met in college in Gainesville and had a wonderful relationship until Enterprise came into the picture. She moved back to Miami and started at Enterprise- first in rental, now in one of the admin offices down there. She said I was the best thing that ever happened to her and we couldn't wait to start our lives together at the end of the year. I visited her office several times, she had pictures of me and apparently talked alot about me. I've been to several of the Enterprise parties over the last few years.
Now she told me she is seeing one of her coworkers. He's 38, no big deal, but my ex is ONLY 22!! That is just creepy to me. She is a very smart, level-headed person, I don't know what happened to her. I thought dating coworkers was forbidden at Enterprise (after reading this blog I was surprised to hear what really happens), especially when there is a 16 year age difference. I guess this creep put something into her mind one late night at work. He's on the same level at her (I think, pretty sure he's not her boss) shouldn't he be a VP or something at that age?? I'm only 23 but I'm already an officer in the military, and am just about done with my master's degree. What is he offering? I've treated her perfectly for over three years, cooked for her; we traveled all over the country; hiked the Grand Canyon, went to the Carribean- and never even thought about cheating on her, even though I'm in a college town with about 30,000 girls aged 18-24. Does anybody have any advice or know anything about this??

Sounds like she got sick of your twig and berries and wanted an older more mature set.
