Good Bye Erin Ashby

To many people that does not know Erin Ashby, she used to be the RRM for Region DD in miami. Few days ago she was Fired or let go.. ( when you are a level 3 or more, ERAC does not fire you, but gives you the option to leave $$)

Well, I have been a advocate of denouncing the injustices that Erin did to the Robert Yarrow's of Enterprise, or Charlene Shaw. But as I come to term with this amazing news, (which I predicted in my past Posting, when I said that this fiscal year will be filled with huge surprises, and big people in group 41 will be fired or let go.) I didnt feel joy.

Ms. Ashby was a hardworking woman that didnt know better. She dedicated many years to this company like I have, and at the end, it wasnt worth it. This is a Taylor company noone else.

Erin used to talk a lot about karma, and how things came back to you. Well, her time came to be let go, or forced to quit.

Now you may be asking yourself, why Renzo has not been fired too? Well, Renzo is famous for being a shark, and acting unethical to get ahead in the company by fixing the numbers, giving the grill to his 4142 employees, and pushing people to their limits.

However, he has one thing that protects him, and that is Karma. Renzo has promoted every person that has produced for him, or has shown loyalty. He is a shark, but you have to be a shark to get ahead in this world, because only those that are smartworker and knows how to fight, will succeed,

Erin ashby didnt do that. She build a Karma of bad luck by keeping the people oppressed in their positions, while she was the only one getting ahead of the game. Renzo, has not built bad Karma because he has not kept anyone behind that didnt deserve it.

Erin, I hope you learn from your mistake, and be humble to those that help you in the future, and you will see life with a different perspective. Be strong and dont trust anyone, but help those who help you.

It is sad that life gave you the biggest lesson of all, which was letting you get ahead all the way to the top, so you can fall the hardest. At least the Yarrow's and the Shaw of enterprise, felt dissapointed, but have moved on, because their deception was not that horrible, since they accepted how you were.

But you had to get promoted, when you knew that you were not ready, and now are not longer in the company just over a year of your promotion.

So to the Erin's of ERAC ( like Pablo Varona, Iris Campos, Steve Vertesch) learn from this epic, that can be a best seller in a book, and start treating your people different, not writing them up for everything like VArona does to his employees.

Help them instead of writing them up. Earn their trust, and their commitment, and you will see results. When it is time to get them promoted then do it. Do not hold them up, like you guys are doing.

Stop doing the bad things that you did to the poor Jardine, that gave his entire personal life at branch 4142 by working 17 hours shift, and not promoting him to area manager. It was not his fault that the leadership of Vertesch didnt help the ESQI, Jardine should've gotten promoted because he is a hard worker, and he knows how to work the numbers.

and to Erin Ashby, with sadness, I toast for your well being, and your future. Believe me there is a better world out there than ERAC, and you will have a better job, making more money with less work; but keep the golden rule Help those that help you, and you will succeed.
