Mr. Marzolf you are next and you know it. You just bought another six or whole year with the "resignation" of Erin. You are feeling the heat, and you are so desperate that you do not know what are you goin to do.

I Highly Recommend, that you start buying a cheaper house, or start planning for a fall down. I Highly recommend it sir. Sir, you are the dowfall of DD.

Have you realized that every area manager that used to work for DD has gone over EE or FF. Did you know that Renzol Roncal is aiming for your job, and he seems to be doing a good job about it.

I mean, he definetely has 80% of DD old area managers. He is building an Army of men, that you cant stop. DD is worse than ever. I really think that this new fiscal year you might even loose the airport to Renzo or EE.

I am glad that you are next in target. I just dont understand why you cant do better than the guy from boston, when we are at better economic times.

I Highly recommend that you start building a relationshiop with the few loyal ones that you still have remaining as area managers.

So, lesson 101 on how to keep your area managers happy. Do not put them down, like you always do in a sarcastic way.

Stop putting them down infront of subordinates. Stop being so Goofy, for God Sake!! and show leadership, not by making people wake up early on saturday, but implementing your "15 years" of lucky experience, and get on the dirt, like a good coach should do.

Implement better management handling to bring morale up to your area managers, and fire Pablo Varona.

He needs a desk job. He is hated, and if you want to bring back retention, put a tight leach on this guy, or put him on remarketing. I dont know when you are going to realize that Pablo's wife has a bigger dick than him, which is the reason why he is always so frustrated.

Now, back to the topic. Take a seminar where they can teach you how to bring leadership to your team. And stop being goofy, and stop screaming in a sarcastic way.

I have created a monster I am the greatest! I Did I predicted it!!! Did I say it! DD was coming to a downfall!! One year later!! No more DD..

Do you really think that if I was a little guy in the company, I would have known all the little secrets ahead of time.

I must admit, it became really hard to right in this website. First, there were too many wades, and they wanted me to register, which, I know I shouldnt do, cause this website is owned by Erac or will be soon!! LOL

Now, After Erin, then Claudio Castellon was next, and a few others! However, Noone cant denied me the fact that I was right!!

DD was going to dissapear, and Marzolf was going to be no longer RVP. Now, he is basically an insurance salesman with a big title.

I hope he took my advice, and bought I smaller house. I guess, his wife will have to join the workforce again.
