Chad Was Terminated!!!!! He Was Terminated Because He Was Dating Claudia!!!!!!!

Chad Naylor, (ex recruiter in group 41 then recently promoted to group 55) was unfortunately fired by enterprise in group 55 because he was dating Claudia Vasquez (current recruiter at DD). Although he was let go back in August I was only now able to confirm all of the details as this has been tightly sealed until now.

For those who don't know Chad he is an amazing guy. He hired me many years ago when beleive it or not Enterprise Rent A Car and Group 41 was even worse than it is today. The one thing that I didn't like about Chad was that he cared about even those sick twisted people that he worked with that he knew didn't care for him or all the hard work that he would put into recruiting. I have known him for 8 years and he loved his MT's and all of the people he hired. He was very proud of all of us and did not deserve to be treated this way. I am not gay but I do love this guy he really meant alot to me.

The story says that Chad fell in love with Claudia years ago but since he was married just kept her as a good friend but sometime this year before leaving to group 55 he told her that his marriage was not working out and that he was in love with her and that he wanted her to give him a chance. Because they were only friends and because he was still married she was uncomfortable with this but after he kept sending her flowers and inviting her out to dinner she began to fall inlove with him. He told his wife that he was inlove with her and also told group 41 but never told anyone in group 55 so when they found out they assumed that he was having an affair when infact he had been separated since the begining of the year from his wife but they did not care and no one from group 41 or even corporate who knew Chad very well defended him. They destroyed this dude's career at the peak of his greatness. He was on fire and would have continued to do great things for a company who never truly cared about him. When I spoke to Chad a few months ago he asked me to stay positive and not quit ERAC because of what happened to him he said that I need to be positive and just focus on the people who I serve. I never got to ask him what he meant by that and now he has changed his cell phone so I have no way of contacting him.

Chad not only believed in me and helped me to get hired but helped me out by giving me money once to pay for my work permit. When I tried to pay him back the $2,000 he loaned me he smiled and gave me a hug and told me to save it for a rainy day. I have never told anyone this story but this really happened. If anyone has any stories about Chad please share them because Enterprise will never know what they really lost when they let Chad go but maybe we can tell these idiots.

I agree, Chad was a great guy. when I got hired he gave me his cell phone and home number and would call me all of the time. He gave my wife and I front row tickets to the Heat game on our first year wedding anniversary. My wife no longer works for Erac but when she heard that they let him go she started crying.

Chad called me and scheduled me for my 3rd interview but told me I needed to wear a suit. I told him that I did not have one he offered to buy me one and he did. I was broke so I agreed and 3 years later I am still here. I never really liked the job but I liked Chad.

I was hired by chad as well. He seemed like a good gut but the bottom line is he was having an affair. He had just had a newborn when he started his affair with Claudia. He left his wife (with terminal cancer) and his baby for a piece of ass. NOT THAT GOOD OF GUY IN MY OPINION.

His wife is not critically ill and his baby is 2 years old. Everyone deserves to be happy and if he felt that he had a chance to be happy with Claudia then I wish him all the best. He also hired me and in my opinion the poor guy didn't have a life anyway. Did anyone ever even meet his wife?

I dont know how Chad got involved with Claudia. I saw her dancing all slutty at Oppa 2 weeks ago and she does not seem to be inlove with Chad. She is such a whore.

Is she still dating Chad? That's pretty F*ck up if he got fired for works dating her. I really think it works both ways and she should be fired too. Maybe she’s banging some other dude there too.

I really felt bad when I first wrote this post about claudia. She is a good girl, and I decided that I wont post so many dirty things that I know about her.

however, now i am glad, that I did this post, because it brought out the real truth as to why Chad was fired, and proves one more time the real culture turn erac has made.

this rvp's, and GM's and maybe some in corporate, are not following the real meaning of the 8 founding values. Eastern Airline was a monster company so PAN AM, and ERON, and where are they now?

Erac needs leadership, or 20 yrs from now, someone will have its place.
