Seems like all the crap just end up at the airport.

guys let me give you the secret about the Airport. Enterprise bills the Airport as the Best of the Best because they need people to work the crappy hours and put off being promoted for 6 months for a reason. If you keep sending the crap there then you will be billed the worst in the nation. It's propaganda. You get people at the airport. You promote people from the airport because it backs up your story. Then before you know it everyone buys the best of the best crap. Meanwhile you promote am's who have no idea what the home city is like and couldn't do a call back or ar to save their lives. My advice, if you plan on making a career out of E, stay in the home city, learn the business, and be a great manager. If you want to burn out and be on the fast track to 40K then go to the airport and then have your ass handed to you as a manager in the home city when your 3 year mt's know more than you do.
