ERIN TRUTH the saga continues

erin main problem is not recognizing that she is a problem, she could be a great person

but she is so stubborn that sometimes i think she really believes she has done more good than bad in her career

it is funny how she tries to be all serious and perfect when she carries a crazy life

her life as branch manager includes having sex with different people she is from new orleans and she used to be a sex machine

this morning i found out that she slept with some guys and women that she made sure they are no longer in the company

i was told this morning she slept with this colombian guy and after he dumped her and slept with her friend

she made sure he failed at the airport which he did and once she got promoted he finally quit

The end meets the need i guess

Erin u will eventually have to relax and start doing the right thing to people and help people

or get away from miami or this group because i will write about u until u end ur way of treating people or quit

i have so much dirt on u to write a book i get information about u everyday

to drive u crazy

so here is my proposal

promote the people that are still in ur old area that u dont like and despite and dont fire them either

stop living in the past and if someone was not good at one point accept the fact and recognize that they may change

and give them a chance u know there are and were many good people that were the one who promoted u that u have not helped

stop choosing for area managers the one that should get promoted in their area

be more proactive towards real issues to make the company grow rather than spend most of the days at the airport nagging and bitchin

make revenue by creating new ideas to make money. stop hiding the problems from ur rooki rvp and tell them what are they

so both can work them and fix them

ur promotion did not mean marathon walks, golf events, and insurance companies cocktail at night only

it meant bringing real revenue, and beat the renzo's in the game, dont wait until the rookie rvp tells u what to do in order to act on it

make ur rookie rvp to go to the nice cocktail and golf games and work ur ass off

so, u work long hours and leave the airport at 11 pm but doing what?

looking bossy and talking about how important is to look good and play the

corporate game??

Oh by the way when u say " drink a lot of water, 'cause ur pee smell better"

to ur MT's, area managers and branch manager and assistant managers is very un-lady like.

also, when u eat at the table do not put the napkin of the restaurant in your chest

it is very un-educated of u ur not in the 1800's and definetely u r not a man

also if u know u have bad breath do not make it obvious by covering ur mouth and saying " sorry, I have bad breath, I ate garlic earlier"

buy some gum at all time and/or when u talk give the other person its space

dont get to close to people like u do i mean i want to talk to u not the cavities of ur teeth

give people its space when ur standing next to them

and please eat girl! u r in america ur pants do not fit any more. i know ur kind in a economic tight right now

but instead of buying new clothes eat something for god sake ur skinnier everyday u r going to die

get a doctor or somethin ur pants are hanging we can see it even though u have a jacket on

so i will leave u alone for a while

i think this is a very good letter that will hurt u but will make u stronger and eventually u will thank me one day for writing these things

i mean what does not kills u makes u stronger.

What I hear is that Enterprise does not allow the real good people to get promoted, instead, they are put down and send them to become head of the region department rather than regional rental managers.
