Am I wasting my time. This is a great company and I like all my co wrorkers. My area Manager is the Best Area Manager everyday we have one on one training and I have learnt so much about running a business.
The only Assisants that I know of that make close to that number are those that work at the airport locations, so unless you are going there I would say that it is not true. Getting to branch manager within 6 months is usually a result of two things: 1) you are one of the top in the region 2) a few managers quit recently and they need to fill those spots. It is possible but I have only seen it happen about 2 times in 4 years at my region. A branch manager making 60K is possible depending upon how you structure your pay plan and the type of branch set up that you have. However, Enterprise as a whole has not been performing like they were a year ago so if they peg you against numbers that happened last year then I would say you are going to have a very tough time hitting those goals.

I would imagine that the Christmas crap this year is going to be the same as last year, just left over stuff from Andy's other businesses that he needs to get rid of. I really want to get the bright red golf shirt with the Enterprise logo on it cause they are really cool.

Thanks, except for the stupidity part.

I know people that work at airport locations that are assistant managers and noone makes more than 38k across the board, if you are a first or second time assistant. Imagine how much local branches are making

read my original posting and you will see that they will not pay you
