Default the new pay plan

Enterprise wants is putting a salary cap to new assistant managers and branch managers

if you r a new assistant everyone across the board will make 35-38 a year

if you r a new branch manager everyone across the board will make 40-46

i just do not understant how can this group or this company is doing a cap like a regular company does

when this employees work 10-13 hours a day. usually companies have cap and they make their employee to work its 8 hours

How come there are MT's making more money than actuall assistant managers

these people are playing with your money. thank god I am old school and thank God that I am an old level three

if you are an new area manager you are getting capped too

this is ridiculos

I've heard that one of the things Wall Street was complaining about was the very high cash compensation of senior employees. These caps on employees with commission may be part of a process to normalize compensation and make it more like other companies.

But still, it sounds like Enterprise wants the best of both worlds: they want you to bust your ass like you run your own business, but then cap your income like you're a regular salaried employee.

There goes retention...

you "write bad writing" because your an immigrant(probably not a full citizen yet). I you are a level III you must have amazing people skills. I doubt either are true. Yup, your probably just an immigrant with writing skills below junior high level(american junior high, not haiti)

So far he (Wade) has been nailing it on the head, except a few stupidities here and there. So yes, maybe one day he will get what is coming to him...a big thanks for telling it like it is!!!!!! I know you guys upthere hate it when the truth is out. You prefer to keep the fools drinking the kool-aid and hoping to one day make as much money as A.T.

I am an MT I was told that I will get promoted within 6 months to AM and make 46K six months after to Branch Manager and Make 60K . Can anybody tell me if this is true ? Are we also going to get a choice of an expensive swiss army watch for christmas or an expensive Ralph Lauren ERAC shirt.
Am I wasting my time. This is a great company and I like all my co wrorkers. My area Manager is the Best Area Manager everyday we have one on one training and I have learnt so much about running a business.
