Gustavo Guthier

I have been told a story about this guy. He is another proud product of Erin Ashby.

Mr. Guthier has been with Erac forever. He is another person that has been decieved by Erin lies and empty promises.

Erin used to run Area H for this region, where, grew up within the company.

Mr. Guthier has been a loyal bastard to Ms. Ashby, but Erin proved to be accurate in her behavior for screwing the people that promoted her. He has been an Assistant Manager for the past 10 years, ( actual about 4 years) and has been asking for a promotion since then.

The last promise Erin did to him, was when she sent him to the airport branch 4142 and told him that after 6 months, she will give him the spot that he always wanted.

Not only Mr. Guthier served at the airport, but he did a superb job! But Erin didnt cease in surprising us, by sending Mr. Guthier to 4135 which is a small satellite in the city of Hialeah, as an appreciation for his good job at the biggest branch in the region.


Mr. Guthier was part of the team that helped promoted Erin to the top. He was loyal to her until the end. She gets promoted, and he stills move loyally to the airport, and her gratitude was Sorry, but next run might be better.


What is your motto Erin? Why you keep screwing people like Gus. What are you going to do with Gus? Are you going to promote him to Loss Control next?
or better yet Fleet?

I need to mention, that Mr. Guthier now is not performing to his peak, because he is tired, and feels betrayed. Which, gives Erin the perfect excuse to not promoted him.

THAT IS YOUR MOTTO ERIN. LETS SQUEEZE THE JUICE OUT OF THE EMPLOYEES. LET ME GET PROMOTED. THEN, WHEN THE EMPLOYEE GETS FRUSTRATED, THAT WILL BE THE REASON WHY I CANT PROMOTE YOU, CAUSE THE EMPLOYEE DOES NOT PERFORM ANY MORE.

I used to work for that area, it is all true. Gus was by far one of the most liked Assistant managers at 4142. The MT's really liked working with him.
Wouldn't you get tired of false promises? How many things have to happen to one person before they loose their enthusiasm? Some people at 42 did say he was not performing at the top of his game. But is this happend to you, don't you think that you would be tired too? He left 42 ready to prove what he could do at 35. Hopeing that that he would be giving the chance he has worked for so hard for the last 4 years. 4135 went from a fom some 30 or so cars to 50 or so cars. All the hard work he did at that branch hepled get someone else promoted. But that is the ERAC way, whose nose is brown today get promotted tomorrow.
What can I say some of us are not built to kiss ass. If you are currently working at ERAC, make sure that you do not have an original thought. That is frowned upon. Hey, they didn't like me because i was honest. I can't keep my big mouth shut. I tell it how it is, so i was shit list bound from day 1.
Also make sure you are ready to make the maximum effort for the minimal monetary compensation. And thing are getting better by the day. Make sure you sell CDW and all the other crap. And if you make your managers enough money in sell ups to thank you, they'll take you to dinner.
Haven't you heard the absured amount of hour that assistant managers at 4142 work. Only last month did they actually start making any money. Also, for a little while there they had to come in one day of their weekend off to work(doen't time off mean not working? wait, not for ERAC)
I wonder how many more good people does DD have to loose before they realize the problem is from with in. Take a look inside, change things and people will still work hard for the things they want to believe in.

Is he the same guy who was an AM at 4107...because he was a jerk about help other branches with car....i never talked to him ...i would go straight to Alberto...Gus would bullshit me about how he didnt have any cars while 07 would be sitting at 87%....and i would see about 4 or 5 cars...
