Claudio Castellon

Claudio Castellon is the area manager that replaced Erin when she undeservely was promoted to RRM.

This guy has shown the lack of leadership Erin had. Financially, he is doing better than Erin. In fact, the only time Erin has done better, was when it was compared to Hurricane numbers.

So, you may ask yourself, what this guy has done so good?

For starters,

Bad Debt. Erin was a total disaster Financially! She would always procrastinate in fixing her bad debt, because she didnt know how to! In fact, if you compare the numbers of Bad Debt in Area H today compare's to Erin, you would think, that the area manager before got fired!!!

That is how bad Erin Was!!!

Another point is the fact that people that were not promoted during her tenure are getting promoted today!!! For Example, Elmer, Satish, Ricardo, and so on!!!

These are the names that Erin refused to help for years and Claudio is doing way better than Erin!! These are the people that Erin did not believe in, and are doing a good job for Claudio, because they appreciate the opportunity they were given.

If it wasnt because 41k6 had a fleet so low, and the rate was so bad ( this is due to Progressive rules) He would be #1 in the Region.

The guy has style, he cares about his people and goes above and beyond to make them feel happy.

Erin on the contrary, made every manager work on saturdays at the end of the month to fix the Bad Debt.

His employees tell me, that when they need cars or they need help of Claudio, he answers the phone!!

Ask Erin what she still does today when the shit hit the fan? She turns off her Cel and goes to eat. Or maybes goes to the mall to buy things, who knows. Everyone knows that Erin as an Area Manager, used to wake up at 10 am, and tell her employees she was in a meeting.

While everyone could hear the background of her empty house!

and to anyone that has the guts to ask Erin a question, ask her what happened to the Gus Machado account in Hialeah? Why Hertz is there today? Why the GM of the dealership calls erin the "white bitch"?

And for you airport managers ask erin how much she made as an assistant at the airport? 60k just in case she lies!

Ask Erin the story of how one day she overslept, for being so drunk, and they had to break a window at the airport to open it. Ask her how Victor Almodovar ( Area Manager at the time, and one of the best) do to her? Ask her how many days she spent crying?
