Charlene Shaw

Yesterday I was told that this girl is from Trinidad Tobago, and has been loyal to this company since the beginning of her Job. She loved her job, and loved her boss. In fact, she was more loyal to her boss than the job itself.

Where is she now? She is in the CAllback center at region DD. That department is so much a setback for anyone that is in rental ( no offense to lucy) that they usually hire people from the outside to take the job.

Who was her boss? ERIN ASHBY.

Why erin didnt promote her? Because she wasnt part of the beautiful people. Erin told me not to long ago that to get promoted in this company, you also have to be beautiful as well.

I am told that she used to tell Ms. Shaw, to bring ESQI up at branch 4169 and she will get the assistant manager promotion. She did! but no promotion.

Then Erin told her to go to a branch 41k8 and bring the fleet up and ESQI, and since she was going to be the only person in that branch, she will get promoted. Shaw did what she was asked, but no promotion.

Finally, Ms. Shaw was so fedup with the whole entire situation, that she asked Erin to transfer her to Loss Control, but Erin said no.

Then Erin one day told her that Ms. Shaw can apply to the callback center and get promoted!! At that time the callback center had 2 or more months with the position opened.

Sharlene shaw finally understood that as long as Erin is there, she will never grow in the company and live the ERAC dream.

Ms. Shaw was another person that helped Erin Get promoted, by working hard, and living for her orders; But Ms. Shaw was not part of the beautiful people club, as per Erin.

and the funny part is that ms. ashby is not too pretty herself. she is skinny, wrinkled, and used slut. she has no ass, no tits and when she talks to you, she invades your space.
