Here we go. More information on our impressive core of monkey see, monkey do Area Managers in Region DD. Here is hot off the press. Another letter in the Region:
Read them and weep !!!!!!!

Mr. Marzoff: Since you so proudly speak of open door policy, then here is some information that perhaps might interest you. I am writing you this letter not expecting any changes, because I know the type of animal I am dealing with. I am writing it to simply let you know my thoughts prior to my departure. Based on my conversation with other colleagues, due to the rude, disrespectful manner in which that bitch Iris Campos behaves, I am out the door.

This bitch has been known for quite some time now to have no competence what so ever. How the hell she got to manager at the airport is a mystery, and how that idiot Marzoff decided to promote her to Area Manager is beyond anyone. First, they promote her to the biggest and most important branch in 41DD, and then to top it all off, they make her an area manager. She is the most retarded, most incompetent, no image disgusting piglet ever to walk around 41DD.

First let's start with the obvious, her dilusional state of mind makes her not check herself in the mirror prior to leaving her home. If she did, that cunt would not wear 3 sizes smaller then her, and have all that fat hang on the side in rolls. You think you are a human tamale ? Do you think others enjoy looking at your fat rolls. There is an appropriate business dress code in this company, and it's not defined as skank fat business attire. If image weren't everything, then her problems continue as she opens up that black hole sewer mouth of hers. Everything that comes out is CRAP. Screaming, yelling, demanding, pushing, some more yelling. Never a time to train, provide good feedback, discuss one's career, and God forbid pay a compliment.

You are a reigning bitch, that obviously needs to things, shut the pie hole and lose some weight, and get laid to release some of that stress. That's right, who would want to get funky with Roseanne Barr's twin. You nasty bitch. Stop the yelling and the disrespect, or you will see yourself being treated in the same manner very shortly. Everyone in your area DESPISES you. You do NOTHING for any of us, and all of your managers complaint about pay. The only words I hear are NEGATIVE OPERATING PROFIT. I'm not a accountant, but that sounds pretty fucking bad to me. Do all of us a favor, and go shopping for loser clothe, and QUIT.

What I don't comprehend after reading this web-site is why all of the current employees take all this abuse layiing down. Why don't you stand up as that letter says. Think about it, if all of you are really at $30K - $ 45K salary range, do not be nervous. There are plenty of jobs out there in that range relatively easy to land. If everyone walked together on a busy Monday and Tuesday, it would create an enormous issue for Enterprise at a National level, because once other groups found out what took place in GP 41, it would create a trigger effect. By skipping work you would cripple the E-Machine.

Admin doesn't have enough staff to cover all the branches. Phones ringing, reservations not being called, or picked up. Referral shops (dealers, body shops and insurance companies) calling and no one to assist ? Think about it for a minute. Can you only imagine ??? Management would never confess the truth : "Yeah, we can't pick you up because our employees hate us, they feel underpaid, over worked, and mistreated." What would that do to the account's perception of ERAC ? Secondly,what would happen by 10:00am when all the shops have been dealing with this issue for 2 hours with no resolution. The competition would jump in and take all the customers. What a predicament for ERAC ? Image torn apart, loss of referral accounts and customers, and perhaps millions of dollars in revenue for both days on not operating. Upper management would have to raise the salary and re-evaluate the pay structure. If this is the change you want to create, a strike is the only way to go. Grow the balls, unify in numbers, and don't show up. If not, this abuse will always continue.

You have got to be the worst area mgr in the group. That letter is 100% accurate and there is no way you are going to last another 3 months. Stop eating and save your money, you cannot afford to continue eating at this pace, you are busting out of your clothes already...

A friend of mine showed me that letter about IRIS, that was the funniest shit I have ever read in my life, I agree with everyone, she is the worst pig I have heard about in a long time..
