There is something you can do about the lack of management in 41EE. After our meeting last week I dont think much will change as long as the donell/renzo show continue to hold us back.
How embarassing is it that these a**holes asked all of us to give our hard earned cash to the united way and then didn't even show up to our "special night" at the heat game? It's even more embarassing that the previous RVP was there, and drove across the state to see some of his old employee's! Wonder why the region is "underperforming"?
Though they didn't miss alan levine's house party only for area mgrs and up. What a great idea!.... Have a party only for the people who are making the money, and extorting their employee's to give to a charity. How could they not miss a kiss ass session like that?
How long can their bosses allow them to stink this place up? I mean we all know what renzo really sucks, but donell is just a flat out waste of space. Who does he have relationships with? If any of our accounts where to tell us to pack up, how would he save the day? Telling renzo to go suck their d**k would only make danny delgado jealous and we wouldn't want that would we? We might lose a hunk of an idiot that renzo has a hard on for. Too bad i'm not a cute guy!
If you are tired of the unfair promotions, "lateral moves"/demotions, and s**t talking by these idots(that's right!, they have nick named us the best of the worse when they have to fill mgr positions) there is a couple of things you can do.
1 If you decide you want to leave the company there are many companies looking to hire people just like us. Careers starting at 40K plus. If you think that's low look at your W2 and think about all the BS and hours you had to put in. Contact patrick larco @ robert half recruiting in coral gables.

2 If you decide you want to stay with the company I suggest you contact Steve Mc Carty @ 4199. He is very concerned with our well being.You can contact him by e-mail or phone 954-354-5105.He does not report to donell or renzo and he understands there will be a legal action if he were to jeopardize our career. Others have talked with him on several occasions prior and are still happily employed and promoted after doing so.
For those of you that have talked about your concerns with each other it is time you do something for your sanity and career. Do not trust your manager, area manager, or lissette. The squeaky wheel does get the grease and the days of treating us and working us like dirt need to come to an end!
