WTF happen. I guess he was the scape goat to Alan and Gary since the dumbasses at the top of the region couldn't take the heat themseleves. He was one of the best F-ing area managers around. When I started as an MT with him he actually cared about my career not like the piece of shits we have now that lead our region. Fuck Renzo and Donell. I hope your the next one on the list to get fired since all you have done is run the region to the ground. Renzo keep threatening your mamangers with thier jobs since that is a great way of motivating them. You suck and I hope your the next one gone for all the shady shit you did in the past that everyone knows about.

wow, i thought off all the people to get fired. that is what happens when you have shitty talent around you. you have a hated dumb bitch running the show into the ground for almost 1 year at 03. what happens to her, promotion to corporate accounts manager because she will sue you if you fire her. you have multiple people in the area worthy of promotions. what happens, you make them leave the company. you have assistant managers slaving for you in this area trying to make it happen. what happens, you give them the shaft because they dont kiss your ass. you bring an idiot to run your cutler ridge branch after objections by webby. what happens, you tell him either quit or your fired after he runs the office into the ground. as you can see webby got the short end of the stick on this one. pretty familiar to the previous area manager. i guess both holly and webby got the short end of the stick in this area. Great way to keep on cutting back on expenses Renzo. cant make money for shit in your region so lets save 50k by "promoting" someone to half of webby's salary.

That sucks. Easily one of the best Managers/Area managers I worked with. Why is it that only the good people seem to get fired? He busted his ass for ERAC too. God I hate what this company does to people.

Is sad to see how all the people I started with 5 years ago and those who were the best are not anymore with the company just one more proof that for this company and the so called leaders of this region only care about draining you until you are feed up and then dispose off you like if you were a baby's daiper. does it sound familiar look at the big picture, six years six figures, hahahahahaa all bs that corporate keeps on using once you become a manager you start realizing all the secrets and bull shit they keep from you at the end is for the best that you look for something more rewarding to do with your life than be worring about ESQI, OP, sales and Corporate leads fuck you Donell, Renzo, and Lissete Learn how to treat people so when you go to Orlando or Hawks Key you can really talk about Motivation.

I worked with webby for three years...he was a great friend and a good manager and area manager. I am now in 03-b/c of doug who was the rvp in CC....I made a lot of money for him....but that was not good enough for him...but he still got promoted...
