It's about time the two fuckers up the monkey chain realize what they are causing in the region. They extra stress they are piling up on everyone is bullshit. Everyday is "if you don't do this or that you will get fired", some other bullshit update, and it's you all fucking up not anyone else that is why our fleet is down 50%. Real fucking bright strategy to build up a broken down team.

The Cochran Firm is reviewing overtime claims on a national basis related to Assistant Branch Managers working more than 40 hours a week without receiving time and a half their regular rate of pay for hours worked over 40. We currently are working with former Assistant Branch Managers from AL, MS, GA, IN, and PA. We need representative plaintiffs from each operating group across the country.
Successful plaintiffs are entitled to back pay doubled as liquidated damages, attorney fees, and case expenses. This case involves allegations that Enterprise intentionally misclassified assistant branch managers as overtime exempt. This is a federal case filed under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Interested individuals can contact The Cochran Firm at 1-800-THE-FIRM or submit an internet inquiry at The Cochran Firm.

Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

hey, saw this on the front page.
any assistant managers that got fired you might be able to get some cash. from what i hear, group 41 was trying to keep this very hush hush as not to try to get anyone to jump in on the suit. basically, if your branch has an assistant and branch manager, you were required to have 4 full time employees. 2 full timers per every manager or assistant. if that wasnt the case you might have grounds for a suit. spread the word out as they knew about this and tried to cover it up in the last 1.5 years adding employees to branches for no reason.

CHEERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Solange was an employee of mine at one point in my career with ERAC. If it wasn't her crying on a daily basis, it was something else. She was the worst employee to have on your team. Solange, good bye , you SUCK! As for Monica, I really don't know much about. I wish her the best in her new found freedom. She may not realize it now, but she is much better off. Donell & Renzo, your statistics are improving 1 out of 2 ain't too bad.

I hate ERAC as much as anyone, but why would we be entitled to overtime pay if we are not hourly employees? We had a set salary. If we were paid hourly that would be another matter. Just don't understand the legalities is all.

the problem was that the duties that an asst manager preformed were not done and properly defined as a exempt (salaried) employee. there is certain criteria that needs to be met such as number of employees managing (2 employees for every manager), reviews and interviews. if you had been there for the last 2 years there was this big emphasis on giving asst managers more duties and responsibilites and more employees to certain branches. this was because of the lawsuit

you know what's funny? a few days ago i came to this site to check things out, and there was a thread here in gp 41 about checking out gp 56's thread. appearantly, their gm was arrested for soliciting a prostitute. there is a link to the nashville pd's sight with the mug shot. i thought it was hilarious. yet the next day, the thread was gone. then it reappeared and it's gone again. whoever posted it mentioned that st louis would try to hide it, and now it looks even more true!!!

when you get the chance, check it out. hilarious stuff.

and i wonder if this will get deleted.

I remember this! She was an employee of mine as well and always had some sob story about being late and trying to support her family by being a bartender at hooligans or some crap. She always had horrible BO as well. I always felt like getting her some Secret deoderant. Strong enough for a man, but Ph balanced for a stinky woman. I can't believe she ever made it to branch manager when I was so close to getting her fired. That says it all about where EE is....
