Branch Managers Getting Fired

Did you hear that they got rid of 2 more managers this week in EE. Vert had a thing for Monica and got rid of her and Soloange just had enough with all the BS. What is next getting rid of your best managers so you can have an MA run one of your stores. Great job of rewarding those managers that actually have posotive OP. SCREW RENZO and EL AFRICANO.

I respect the machine.....they aren't willing to make a change so they do the next logical thing, fire those that aren't on board. At the end of the day we all have choices....if you don't like what's going on at ERAC, then make a statement and leave (on your own terms) don't let Renzo give you his master-ful FIU business reasoning (with an oh-so exotic latin twang) go balls to the wall and bow out gracefully!

As far as Solange goes....she's like a cockroach, outlives every nuclear blast there is. You'd figure she would have been kicked to the curb as an MT. Dosn't say much that she out-lasted people like Dana.WOW....

On the positive side, situations like this creates what i call movement and allows other e-chimps to move into the newly vacant position. We all know the e-chimp all like to refer to this as a promotion, LMFAO!

lets re-cap in less than a year and excuse me if I'm missing somebody we have seen gone from EE: Holly, Sal, Webby, Val, Dayna, Andrene, Many, Elizabeth, the two Carlos, Samy, Solange, Monica, Juan Carlos, Gaby, George, Gene, Arturo, Cindy and I'm pretty sure I'm missing many more... this Region used to kicked ass now is been brought to a shit hole place to work where the only ones that remain are too hung up on their responsabilities, car and mortgage payments to quit. nobody is motivated anymore so don't say they didn't hack it. they were all just tired of trying to make money and get paid peanuts and be treated like shit. they stopped believing on the dream they were sold when we all started and gave up.. they all just didn't believe in this company anymore!!

So I heard that not only Branch Managers are getting fired but they have a list of employees that they want to get rid off in 30-days if they don't take thier MQI's, improve thier sales and also send in leads.
