It is not! The Taylors must have paid that magazine a good chunk of money to publish that lie, or probably sent everyone who actually climbs the ERAC corporate ladder to mention how wonderful and full of opportunities the company is. The strategy is simple: ERAC is the biggest college recruiter there is, what better way to hire fresh young minds who don't know what the real world is like and are happy to find a job. From there on squeeze all the energy out of them by making them work 49 hours a week for peanuts and, stick a carrot in front of them like you do to make a donkey move forward, called promotion so they can believe there is a light at the end of the miserable dark tunnel they are in. After 2 years they get frustrated, so then end up leaving discouraged and ERAC makes them think that it is OK that they don't have what it takes. Who else pays you $1000 to recruit someone to work in the slave camp? Being private, the company never has to disclose the huge profits ($M 600-700) it makes off young people's backs who upsell, sell coverage, etc. to make management money. GO GREEN !

so i hear that there was a managers meeting last week that was called by my bitch stating that any managers that lose accounts to former erac employees that bleed gold now will be fired? fuck, i guess a new round of firings are coming. hertz new employee's are just eating up these erac accounts left and right. it's easy when the account see's a familiar face that they did business with for several months instead of the turnstile managers we have going on at erac. hertz is eating your lunch boys and girls, and if your not careful your dinner and dessert also.

heard that they didnt let key west close early due to the storm. kinda bs dont you think. you would have thought that ee learned their lesson from katrina and everyone getting stuck in traffic. does it really take a lawsuit or a death to wake up the no talent ass clowns running ee.

Actually I want to THANK the idots that run our region since I almost got into an accident on the way home since they didn't let us go till 6 pm. I'm driving my poor little japanese car in a storm that makes my car go from one side of the highway to the other. I would buy a new car but with the crap they pay us for slave work I can't afford it.

ERAC, I'd like to thank you for training me and teaching me the ways of the trade (disconnecting car batteries to remove the check engine light, tire sensor monitors, or any other issues with a car, lying to customers telling them our transportation department is running behind which is why we don't have your car, holding tickets, switching cars at a dealer to show a specific car on a contract when in actuallity the customer is in something different, etc. etc.) I'd also like to thank you for promoting idiot managers and assistant managers who are not prepared to run an office other than running it into the ground. While on the other hand, you have extremely qualified employees who are stuck in dead-end offices such as Ocean Reef. You have some extremely qualified people in some offices and rather than promote them, you do NOTHING! WHY?! While you continue to mis-manage this once great region of positive fleet growth, op and employee retention, you make my job that much easier to continue to take accounts from you. Nothing makes me happier to go into one of my former accounts and ask them for their business. Funny thing is, that my conversations only take about 2 to 5 minutes with these former accounts and by the end of that time, the account is mine. So for doing all of this THANK YOU!
