LOL, ultimately el poopy isn't that bad of a guy, you just have to be on his good side. Trust me I have been on both sides and I know from experience if you perform he will take care of you.

No he won't! As for staying on people's good side it is true for everyone, but staying on this one's good side has NOTHING to do with performance and EVERYTHING to do with kissing up A LOT.
