Is there anyone out there who has worked for 41EE? I'd love to hear anyones comments on this area.

I worked at 41EE, back in the day, don't have many stories, except that, without tooting my own horn, I was a doing tremendously well.. until I hit the Mr. Danny Roblejo wall. I worked for that guy for very little time, and ended up going to RVP Rob Wilson at the time and telling him he needed to fire that jerk, and quit! TERRIBLE AREA MANAGER! This was some years ago, no wonder he still hasn't been promoted!

I worked for Danny and Mike Trout. Complete opposites. Danny is a total kiss ass who cares only about himself. He ran me out of the company. He gets all the best employees and than treats them like shit. i cannot believe he is still with the company. I guess they still keep the ass kissers around and get rid of the good employees.

I guess things have really changed with Danny, I probably know the person who posted the second post since I too worked with Danny and Mike Trout. What I did find whoever was that Danny was firm, but ultimately he was fair. As far as Mike Trout he is definetly a large Douche, he is was the typical absent area manager which you wouldn't see for 2 months and then would expect you to cover for him. I myself fell on my ass laughing hysterically when I found out about his "promotion,demotion" to remarketing.

You are so wrong. I worked for Danny and I was one of those "best employees" you are talking about and he didn't treat me like shit. I was promoted and let me tell you that no other Area Manager has been as helpful as he was to me.

Danny is horrible. The guy managed with a pastelito in his mouth. He would treat us all like dirt. He will never be promoted. For starters they dont promote 5'2 298 pound hispanics. Maybe he should start a bakery with Bayardo Silva.
