That guy is a fucking idiot. you want to improve esqi, why the fuck are you having a meeting with your manager on a monday at 1pm so you can short staff the office even more than it allready is. he has been really quiet lately since the last letter was sent out bashing him. i would love to take a vote to see how many employee's hate this guy. as he told us bm's in the meeting we had "i dont give a shit about retention". I'm sure st. louis would love to hear that quote. keep on putting the employees down that actually work their asses off. i guess he is going to have to run the region by himself

Yeah, he' been quiet lately woring on getting Holly fired and getting another job for himself. I heard he might be moving on. I hae agreat source tht knows he is interviewing with an overseas conglomerate. So they say he is fed up as well.

Forgot, he did mention the retentin but he says ERAC does not manage basied on retention but behavior. I heard him say the same while working or him at the airport.

I am happy that everyone is bashing Renzo, but lets not forget to write a word of support of the fallen area manager, that worked so hard to be a good person, most of the times.

i worked for her a while back and i must say that although she yelled at you alot she did care about you and wanted you to succeed. i heard about some money missing at one of her branches (03 i think) might have been the nail in the coffin eventhough that shouldnt be her fault but the branch's manager. they could have handled this another way

Lets faze it. HOlly is a racist, didntn care about anyone but herself. She always yelled at her employees belittling us. If you were Hispanic or non white you were pretty much fucked with her. Her leaving is not a loss,believe me. Truth is she probably already burn out and did not make effort to perform any more. Regardless she probably is better off now that she is not with ERAC.
One thing is for sure, ERAC should change their mission statement and remove taking care of our employees.all this company has shown to do in the past 1 1/2 years is suck the blood out of all of us, cut our pay when they so call "promote" us. Its all bullshit! We have more shit to do, more fucken reports & logs to send in and less pay. Don't be surprised if you start to see a lot of BRMS, ARMS & other upper management leave soon.they simply cant live off of what they are getting paid under the "new pay structure".
SO, HOlly CONGRATULATIONS! YOU have been freed from this shitty company. Enjoy your stress free life & ur famly now that you are gone- Cheers!

I worked with her a while back and I do not recall her being at all racist. If you really look back most of her Managers or asst managers where black or hispanic. So the above does not make much sense. Yea she did want the best ouf of her people her approach sometimes is rough. It is tough being a women in a mans world. There are quite a bit of employees that feel very uneasy about working at enterprise if this is how they treat their employees.

Renzo and Donel have no relationships with any of their employees Renzo barks orders and walks around with an intimidation factor. People are not bought in because of the shitty money the company pays. On the new pay plan Asst will never make 50 branch managers will never make 75 and area managers will never make 100. So why put up with the bullshit. The bullshit always was their before but , people put up with it because pay was good. Why do you think the caliber of people suck now. If you still work their run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
