I know but they say that she was last in the group in the reports from corporate. Can anyone verify that? I used to work for her and she was the worst I had. She was never at work.

I heard Renzo say at a Happy Hour to Ex-Business Manager (C.N) that his goal was to get rid of the "old time branch managers and area managers".He did not know I was sitting behind him. I never said anything because I was not one of the old timers but it never sat well with me. I now see that this has come to fruition, and it has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I am currently on my way out so I really do not care if they find out it is me writing in this BLOG. Rob Wilson cared about ones career. These guys do not even know who we are. I hate this region and cannot wait to free myself from the Renzo and Donels of the world. Sorry Holly you were screwed. Or better yet CONGRATULATIONS.

You are right 9.99 a branch was short over almost 2k. Instead of firing the branch manager, that usually that what happens, they held holly responsible.

Lets all tell everyone to write a voice of support for holly and uncover the bullshit REnzo and Donell are practicing!!! Keep it up, this is a sign of unity and a clear message to the upper managers of ERAC. Stop with the bullshit!!!

Wade: I have to say that for the most part your information is accurate. However, as much as I think Holly is an excellent person, the stress and routine got to her. Her numbers weren't there, and we all know what happens at ERAC if you don't perform. Unless you kiss ass like Renzo, Vertesch, and others. You will be fired. It's terrible to see good people like her, Victor Almodavar, and Rubio never get a shot at the next level. I must say her performance wasn't there. Who the hell can blame her. No one to assist her getting to the next level. There is only so much you can take.

I must correct you on the following. You are way off on ARMS percentages. For startes, there must only be a handful of area managers today in Group 41 that make over $100,000. They have begun to place rookie ARMS at shameful percentage ranging as low as 2.5% - 3.5%. Days of area managers making $100K ++ are long gone... Think about it, they have airport managers who work that much harder, odd hours, more responsability (percentage wise) in regards to revenue, ESQI and everything else, however they nickel and dime them. Some airport managers are making as low as 1% which might translate to $55,000 give or take. Now they promote them, and give him/her a 20% raise, that means that as an area manager they will make $65,000 to $70,000 and they should be happy about that. Then to regional, the same mathematical calculation, and so forth.... They keep dangling the carrot and filling you with empty promises.

I will say with conviction that everything you have stated about Renzo and Erin is absolutely true. They are worthless, and bring no value to no-one. Renzo is worse then Erin. Erin is a puppet that really does not have the first clue of what her job is. Renzo is a tyrant. Nothing more dangerous in this world then a stupid man that thinks he is smart. He got promoted utilizing all kinds of schemes and unethical conduct to inflate his numbers. Now he preaches about code and ethics... Please.... All he does is scream. No one respects him, he does no coaching, and simply adds no value to the already numb and non-existent Donnell..

I will say this, things could be different if the employees worked together. I read those letters, and my colleague mailed them to ????? Steinfel's attorney office in San Jose, but I never saw him post them. Perhaps he should give us an address where that can be sent so that he can read them and up load them for the country to see. The letter states that corporate America can only be taught a lesson hitting them where it hurts (MONEY). In essence, if all employees walked the line of a strike on a Monday and a Tuesday it would certainly make all the level IV employees realize how important it really is to uphold the founding values of the Taylors which is take care of the employees and the customers and everythign will follow. ?????, if you could, please let us know where to send you these letters. You would be doing both customers and employees a phenomenal service.

It's a shame that the level IV are too proud, and have too much of an ego to realize how many bad choices and poor business decisions they have made. They have no room to change or be flexible. The company can be good for both employees and customers, but those few ruin it for everyone. They expect the world, have no room for mistakes, disregard real obstacles and accuse you of making excuses, they don't give you the tools or the support needed to exceed, and when you are about to drown and grasping for air they end up pushing you under water. In a way they feel we are privileged to work for them. Wake up, you don't pay me enough for all of your demands.

Keep it up Wade !!! ?????, help us out, and up-load those letters. They are eye-opening in many different ways.

I must agree with everything you have said. But, I have never said that area managers make more than 100k a year. Only the "old" area managers make more. In fact, Holly was making over 4% on her commission bonus and there area managers in the group that are making above 5%. This is the reason that they will get fired the same way Holly did.

The new area managers are not even making 2.5% they are making less!

Also, you mentioned about Holly not making the numbers anymore. But if you look back at the traditions of the company, when an area manager does bad for a while, that area manager gets changed not fired.

If Holly wasnt making the numbers and she wasnt the same anymore, maybe the reason is that driving to homestead everday for a long time, can also get to you. Why, Renzo didnt transfer her, like it is normally done.

He didnt transfer her, because he had a target in her back since the minute he became a RRM. I think she can even put a lawsuit to Erac for discrimination.

Now, you are right in everything you have said, and thank you. I could have not done a better job.

I really think that Renzo has an inferioty complex. He is short, and has a big mouth. It looks like the proverb is confirmed, that a small dog barks more than the big ones. This is the reason why renzo slams the phone to his people, and screams like a bastard!

Because he is short. This is the only way he can portray respect. But he is just a sore loser with a low self esteem. That guy should have a picture of Bradway in his room. Because without his help, Renzo knows he would have been a nobody.

When he was at the airport he used to tell his employees the following " if you work for me, I will help you get promoted, if you fuck with me, I will bury you and might as well find another job."

So what else you can expect from a guy like that.
