It is pretty sad that Asst managers of large stores are busting their ass's and are making less then their mt's. Get out now. Renzo always talks that it is a performance company who is really performing. The rates suck wes from Thurs to Mon great job REnzo. Ins rates are 13/day . Stop the fucking logs and negative emails and threats over peoples jobs. You are a prick and your unethical ruthless behavior will catch up to you. You fool no one. Maybe you should try and coach employees that are struggling instead of intimidating them. Keep messing with peoples pay and the region will continue to go down. If you still work for EE get the hell out.

It's a shame what has happened to EE...it used to be such a great region to work for...I heard all the Asst. Mgr are working for pennies...Can anyone confirm what is the avg. % of a new Asst. Mgr. I heard is really crappy.

i heard the same. a former employee that recently quit told me that he/she was working their ass off and had nothning to show for it. i guess we have to live off of food stamps to try to stay alive while the big dogs eat the texas de brazil

This is one sad place to work. I don't know anyone that is happy working here. Except for the people who are coming in new and even then see the light right away. I can't say much for D-boy who knows where he is at most of the time and his personal impact on the region has not been felt. As for Might Mouse Renzo, that guy is one sad little fuck. He has single handedly destroyed the region in the blink of an eye. You should see how the ass kissing BM's run after everything he says, the biggest one being sad little fuck #2 Richardo Diaz. What a brown nosing little fag. That is what gets you promoted I guess. Well, way to go and keep loosing employees. At one point or another someone will realize how much money they are spending on training and wonder what the shit is going on. I hope not to be around to find out.

not only assistants but managers are barely making a couple hundreds more than their assistants that at the same time are making less than their mt's while having to work more hours

RR, keep cleaning house, right about time. Our region needed this change. Get rid of all the lazy ass mf's. Our paychecks will get betta and betta. Do not let them intimidate you for a second. They are a buch of losers that do not belong in this company.
