I dont think an area manager has never recieved so much support than Holly Hebert. I am glad that there are people out there that still recognize the good people of the company.

Someone mentioned, to call a strike on Erac to affect their pockets, by not showing up to work.

A better way to hurt Erac pockets without getting fired, is to have all the MT's of the company or against selling CDW or PAI. No upgrades, and not caring.

If everyone stop selling and find another job, they dont have to meet requirements. Lets not sell anymore CDW and lets piss off every customer.

Yeah!! This will be in honor of Holly Hebert. Lets show renzo, if he keeps it up, St. Louis might not do anything but we will!!! Lets hit him, until he begs for a change instead of barking it.

It seems Renzo put his own 2 cents in on #39 keep cleaning house. We are not saying that people should not perform. He can go about it in a different manner. If people like you then they will work hard for you. Nobody likes Renzo and Donell they are the biggest piece of crap in the company. You would think that upper management would realize they do not need to pay 2 employees well over 350K a year to sit up in ee and send Email after email on how much we suck . If we suck so bad why don't you show us how it is done. Let me enjoy my flex time. Renzo you are a fucking prick

A message to all current 41EE employees. The Renzo and Donell show will get you nowhere. This company is full of fake promises. Take a look around and see what is happening. You will end up working 60+ hrs a week for the rest of your career. All they care about is lining there paychecks. They too know there career is short lived, therefore they must make all the money they can quickly. At all employees cost. They are out for themselves. No longer are we going to make decent money as assistant,branch or area managers. They continue to cut the percentages. We did not go to 4 years of college to rent cars and make no money. Lets get out while we can..

Default Here's to other Jewe's of Area Managers.

In the last few weeks we have received several letters in our office. Many of the things stated are frankly not flattering of the company, and of certain individuals. I now understand why someone would do that. I have felt a little bit of courage myself after reading those letters, and decided to address some issues that are going on in my area. I am not sure if anyone listens to these letters, but it's better then bringing this to the attention of my supervisors and being outcasted, or worst fired. Although at this point, I am not sure it matters one way or another to me, as I am going to quit. I am not putting up with the abuse of that asshole anymore.

My area manager is Pablo Varona, and without a doubt he is the rudest, meanest, and worse boss I have ever had in my life. Everyone I talk to and inquire about Pablo, whether they work in this area or another states the same thing about that guy. He does nothing but scream at people, he makes you feel incompetent, and like an idiot. Once hired, I was gun-ho about this company, and ever since witnessing the way he treats his managers and others, FUCK THAT ! I don't ever want that fat asshole treating me that way. In training we were told our managers and area managers would coach us, and help our skill in order to continue being promoted. Pablo has done shit for me, other then crack a non-funny joke and ask me about my sales in a very offensive way. He has no tact, no leadership, no respect for anyone, and he doesn't give a shit about anyone but himself.

This has been a horrible experience for me. I truly beleived in this company. Now I am simply angry. What I would really like to do iCAGARME EN SU MADRE. As we say in spanish. Meaning I would love to punch his fucking lights out. I know this might not mean much as I see people come and go here. I guess it's a routine. Your promises are fake, probably because of assholes like him. I've already gone to several interviews, and I'm tired of this shit. I will be leaving soon. However, there are many more of us that feel the same way in Pablo's area.

Pablo, you fucking piece of shit. We hate you, and although I might not say it to your face because I might be thrown in jail for punching you, I will leave it in print. I left because of you ! You FUCKING ASSHOLE.

I left the company a few months ago, i worked under the Danny "Java the Hut" Robleja. Everything everyone has said is completely true about the selfish bastard. He disrespected everyone in his area and talked down to everyone. That is why I left among 10 other reasons. Danny you are worthless and the biggest baby, you fat piece of s***!!!! Go eat a croqueta also, that is all you do is eat, that is all you are good for, you will never get promoted, just like all of the rest of the area managers in EE until they fire your fat ass just like Holly.

A friend of mine quit around the same time as I did, this person worked for Holly and all she did was curse and scream at everybody. How does Allen and Gary let this happen, everyone knows all of upper management reads this religiously, WHY are they not doing anything about????

Because they do not give a shit about no one, but themselves!!! The grass is greener on the other side.

This is your last stand!!! Allen will fire you in 1 minute, it is either you or Donnell!! You short little man, your time has come, call Mitch and ask him if he has a job for you in his bodyshop??? Sweeping floors, sanding cars, that is all you are good for. How does a former employee (Mitch) get fired for stealing and end up getting cars for free from the same company he stole from???

Is this ethical?? In my books, NO!!! Did you approve this or did Allen??
