As someone who got paid commission i would say this would not be the smartest thing to do because it does affect directly the paycheck of your manager and assistant which is busting his or her ass around the office over 60 hrs a week. if you dont like them or they are pricks then go for it but take that into consideration....i dont think it was the actual wade posting though

Holly used to be one of the hardest wonking ARM that i've seen....Its a shame that they let her go. I also heard the money that went missing was the reason she was let go. I also heard new area mgrs are getting ripped off with their commission %. If this is true that sucks. CAN ANYONE confirm this ???
