it is amazing how these tools can get promoted. it truly is sad that you have to be a backstabbing cheat to be able to move up in this company. the hard working people that deserve it are the ones that they hold back. then they wonder why the have no fucking retention and everyone is defecting like if it was cuba with fidel. wake the fuck up people. we are tired of shitty pay, with shitty hours, with shitty upper management constantly hounding your ass about the most fucking miniscule things, but they just want to get it done. why are you sitting at 89%. cant you rent some cars. maybe no one has fucking called or come in. there is shit we just cant fucking control. you want us to sit tight but not cheat by holding tickets. how the fuck to most offices sit tight you morons. you fire employees that care or just having a bad luck streak instead of helping them or moving them to another area (holly). you gave mike trout a "promotion" even though we all know that he was doing shitty and instead of firing you move him. why the fuck couldnt you do that for holly. why you ask. because she was making a shit load of cash (bottom to mid six figures) and you want to cut costs. what message does this send to current employees. i worked for her about 2 years ago and can tell you that she gave her heart and soul to this company. she might have been a bitch at times and she knows it but she cared about you and backed my ass up several times. she wanted you to succeed and this is how you repay a 10+ year employee. currently ee has a revolving door with employees and we know who is mostly to blame in this. good employees have been fucked and pay has sucked. customers are getting even worse but we are the puppets on the front line....get it done they say. you want to start motivating your current employees, cut the snakes head off and the rest of the body will die if you get my drift. wait its almost 5:30 on sunday and most bm and am are allready looking foward to how much this week is going to suck just like every week at erac. thank the lord i dont have to worry about this feeling anymore. start looking for other jobs people. i feel sorry for these new mt's that come in that you have to give them the great enterprise is awesome speech when deep inside you know that it is all bullshit and you have to motivate them. oh well, lets see who quits or gets fired this week. peace out drones
