| To all the people that has ever worked for this lady, lets dedicate this post to a fallen good lady. Lets all write or acknowledge her good work and care, by saluting with a reply to this post. Lets make a stand that reaches the top of the corporate world in St. Louis. The moderator of this website, even said, that there is an Erac Lawyer that communicates with him almost everyday. Lets tell him. and for all the hundreds of people that knows her, say something, not to bring her back but to show fidelity towards her and make a point. Renzo you are wrong. wade |

| I worked for Holly Hebert,Hector Garcia and Danny Roblejo while at Enterprise. Holly was always extremely caring about my career. Although sometimes a bit rough she taught me tremendously about work ethic and sound business. Hector also had a great influence in my career. Danny ran me off. I do not know the circumstances about her termination but knowing the company and hearing story about Renzo. I can only imagine it was not a fair firing. This lady is a wonderful person and will be an asset to any company. |

| She was a great asset the the company Renzo and Donell have no business in their positions. REnzo is the most unprofessional manager I have ever seen at erac. Donell is a token that has no business being in his postion he is just a bobble head. The region has one back to back presidents awards in the last 5 yrs. What has changed the area managers or the Rvp and REgional rental manager. He REnzo do you have an action plan to dig your region out of the hole??????????????????????? He was the most unethical employee out their oh by the way yea he did get taught by Mitch. Ask Renzo how many times did you at Slp to the rate to increase your income?????????????? |

| Holly Hebert and Hector Garcia were threats to Renzo. They are both old school area managers that were 10x as good as Renzo or Donel will ever be. The difference is Renzo moved up because of ass kissing and Donel because he is of beautiful color. It is sad for me to see these to screw up a region that won 5 President awards before this new duo. Holly and Hector could run this region with there eyes closed. This region just like the duo in 41dd will run it into the ground. It is sad for me to see this happening. | i do not quite understand how a company as big as ERAC has such idiots at the top. Alan and Gary why don't you get off your ass and see what is really going on in 41EE. Renzo is the biggest asshole this company has ever seen. How is it that he walks around as if he is the ethical poster boy. How soon we forget that he also made a significant amount of money stealing from our accounts by putting wrong units on cars to not only benefit himself , Mitch and bradway . He was inflating his numbers. He also would put slp into rate in order to inflate his number. And the company promotes him. This guy is a time bomb and law suit waiting to happen with his cursing , racial slures and inconsistencies. He speaks about all these action plans and being consistent the only thing Mr Roncal is consistent about is bringing the region down and bring the moral to a all time low. Get rid of him and donel idiots. |

| Renzo is the most arrogant person I have ever encountered. He tells his branch managers and area managers. That they "must play by his rules" not ERAC's. He says " I run this region not Donel, He doesnt know anything listen to me and I will get you promoted, I have Alan in my back pocket". What a great message he is sending these employees. The moral is at an alltime low. The guy is out of control. The hanging up the phone on his area managers, the cussing, the blatant demands of "do what you have to do" whether ethical or not will bring ERAC DOWN. Renzo: He had an area Manager fired for lying on his PDM. Than one month later asked the remaining area managers to lie on there PDMS, because corporate was on the conference call. "and we cannot not meet the numbers just lie this one time" UNBELEIVABLE |

| hey how many meetings where there to come in at 6:30 am if the mangers did not sell 35% on a monday. If your esqi was not at corp average come in on a Sat. Real motivating. Any manager that does not send the esqi checklist template lets come in on a Monday in the middle of the day to discuss esqi. Real smart. How many action plans should we come up with. Maybe Renzo should try to guide the employees with some positive suggesstions as oppose to constantly barking and throwing temper tantrums because they plans do not get followed consistently instead of scaring them. Maybe they would want to achieve the goals of the region. The region is going down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you work in region EE it is not the region it use to be. The leadership sucks!!!!!!!! |

| thats all that really needs to be done. Go check on account relations with your RVP's I guarantee you will be shocked. RRM's? How about them? I wont even let you worry about the ARM's I just gave you a handful of chores. Wonder why business is down? Where did all the referrals go? Does anyone really know who the KEY decision makers are? I would bet not. Open some doors and you will see the bs you are being fed. Just go follow up with an account that someone has supposedly seen from their PDM. Maybe check a Lunch CHIT or 2. Enough reading you have work to do. |
