I just do not understand. Renzo really hates Erin. First he fires Erin Best Friend, and now he is ready to promote Erin's worst Enemy.

Incredible, what this guy is capable. Renzo has no scrupulous and lacks team values. Renzo identifies a lot with Ricardo Diaz, because Mr. Diaz is unethical and he is the most hated person after Renzo in EE.

The Taylors keep playing a blind eye to the great depression falling in south Florida. They are not putting a stop to the mismanagement that MR. Levine and his crew have created.

EE is a cancer that cannot be stopped, and unless the tumor from above is not removed, it can come to a near death, while Hertz keeps gaining grounds.

Ricardo Diaz will work for a small percentage, and is willing to fix the numbers to make a good impression with anyone.

That guy is the biggest piece of shit ever. He will stab anyone in the back just to make himself look good. I feel sorry for the people that work with him. Most of his current and previous MT's hate him. He is so fake even when is trying to say something nice to you, something that doesn't happen often. He is always right and can never admit when he is wrong. He is a great "team player". Major ass kisser is what he is. He may be able to fix the numbers to make himself look good but he will never be able to lead a group. He has no people skills. I feel sorry for the people in the area if he gets AM.

2 Great points. The Taylors might not read the site but I guarantee they have someone telling them about it. Where are your founding values? It is unimaginable that this once thriving group has turned to a dump in the hands of these "new-breed" RVP's and even worse the "We need another position for all the laborers to strive for" RRM's. It is not just EE it is groupwide from the posts seen in these forums. Gary , you dont even count becuase you are the fresh fish in Alans pond. But Alan, really , you should be ashamed with what you have let happen here. I have been here for a substantial amount of time, and it is pitiful , how you let your "new-team" run this place to the ground.

Hertz will continue to gain ground because the RVP's/RRM's/ARM's have no solid relationships built. They might think they know an account because they have seen them once in the last 6 months, think again. If Alan/Gary were so concerned about the growth and profitability go visit the accounts. Even better! Go on a "Sales-Call" with one of your RVP's, let the stuttering begin.

I worked for this guy when I was with ERAC and he is the biggest piece of MIERDA that there is. He was so unethical its not even funny. My first week as and MT it was around 1:45 pm and I closed a ticket like they taught me in training to do. He was so upset that I closed the contract that he insulted me in front of everyone and then I start to realize this guy is fishy. I heard that all his assistants that have worked for him hate him. I'm glad i left that stupid company and don't need to deal with the ricardo and renzo's of ERAC.
