Out of all those managers who is the one most ROYALLY screwed: (Drumroll please)

Brian Peterson with a whopping 3% of profits and a EARTH SHATTERING $65,000 salary to baby sit MT'S and deal with monsters. Oh, I forgot, you also get the cheapest of blackberries that never stop putting e-mails through.

Throw in that blackberry and the occasional croqueta, and this is a hell of a career.

It is amazing to see all of this bashing about Renzo. There are many of us who like Renzo. I currently work for Renzo. I can honestly say that I have never learned as much as I have from any other ARM/RRM as under Renzo's supervision. He is a great motivator, teacher, and leader. He has always been very involved in his operation(s), with us -his employees and always trained us and motivate us to do and be the best. If you dont believe it simply ask those who have worked with him before. Ask those who worked with him at the airport. This guy was there working day in & day out, weekends, during hurricanes, christmas,cleaning cars, moving cars, checking in cars under the rain without canopies, just to name a few examples of him helping his employees and customers. What arm will do that now? What ARM/RRM will take the time to sit down with you on a one on ONE and go over your career your performance and how to improve? I can guarantee that you can count them with one hand. Let's see...How many promotions came out of 4142 when he was there? How many promotions out of his direct supervision as an ARM PERIOD? DO you think its all a coincidence? He must have been doing something right!

I have never met anyone like Renzo who is truly dedicated to his people and this company. It is very obvious that those writing these posts simply have never had the PRIVILEGE to work with a great LEADER as him.
Just like any other managers & ARMS/RRM, he has had to have difficult conversations with those that dont perform, but overall he always gives everyone a fair shot-even those employees who are/were disgruntal with ERAC before him.
Let's face it! he made it to RRM before a lot of excisting BRM's and ARMS simply because he was able to motivate his people to perform to levels who most will never be able to compete with. He has had to fire or let go of those who have not been performing. You all cry about SAL. Sal was not fired- he simply left because of personal reasons. Sal is a great guy but was not a strong leader/ if anything he was weak. AND Holly? Who are you kidding, she had been been underperforming for years yet you keep on crying for someone who was hardly ever around? You also cry because he "fired" those who either never showed up to work and/or simply stop caring about their operations?
U R all fucked up! Since when does this company keep underperformers? Since when do we promote based on seniority? NEVER!!FAce it! Most of you who are writing these posts are frustrated, envious, and simply jeolous that this guy (whether gay or not) has outperformed many of us and has EARNED his position at a sppedy pace hardly ever seen.
So do yourself a favor and fucken get to work. Try concentrating your efforts and energy in learning a thing or two from Renzo. Maybe for the first time you can put it to use & "possibly" start performing to get promoted.
I guarantee that if we at 41EE would all get in the same page with both Renzo & Donell we can go back to being NUMBER 1 in the group. But as long as we have all of you poor wyning loosers who rather spend their day thinking of what to write on this site, instead of taking care of business & our employees, we will never get to that again.
So get to work you fucken loosers!

Let me tell you something you igonorant fuck. For the last 2 years all of the area managers where in the top 10 in the matrix. Not to mention 3 of the area manager that some all 3 are no longer w/ERac or went to another dept. Where in the top 5 in Profits in the entire group. Just because Renzo has fucked you in the ass a couple of times. The regions Profitability is at an all time low. Why do you think this region will not win any award this year. When Bradway was around he brought an under performing region to a Exceptional Achievement Award region stop bashing area managers that you do not have a fucking clue about their committment.

Why do so many employees not respect that asshole.

Wow, that is certainly the lamest attempt yet of Renzo trying to redeem yourself . Can you really evaluate your performance, look at your day to day, and honestly be satisfied with your traits, your character, your leadership ? Can you answer with sincerity that you never cheated in order to get ahead ? Can you answer with sincerity that you lack skills set to inspire, train and motivate, and you really manage simply by fear and intimidation ? Try concentrating our efforts on renting cars ? Get on the same page as Renzo and Donnell ? Please think a little prior to posting. Whether we post for fun, for lack of fun, to get you started, OR TO TELL THE TRUTH, let's really get into it, and discuss the many people you have inspired, and the many you have promoted. Let's really talk to your managers, area managers, and department heads and see what they have to say about you. Being a leader is making others better, inspiring them, providing them with vision and knowledge, encouragin them to think creatively outside the box, being flexible, understanding, and mature. A leader addresses issues head on, solves problems, speaks frankly, and is not nervous to address any issue.
A leader can speak of other things other then CDW, four core areas, and the predictible topics regionals and vice-presidents regurgitate constantly.

This is a performance based company to an extent. It is also a company that abuses the hell out of employees. Look at the conditions of the stores, the hours people put in, how many times a week do they eat lunch ? How many people were wrongly promoted ? How many people were wrongly fired ? How many people are lied to ? This is a great company to all the LEVEL IV. They make a bundle and don't do much, and have people like you blinded and bleeding green defending them while they laugh all the way to the bank.
