Let's really talk to your managers, area managers, and department heads and see what they have to say about you. Being a leader is making others better, inspiring them, providing them with vision and knowledge, encouragin them to think creatively outside the box, being flexible, understanding, and mature. A leader addresses issues head on, solves problems, speaks frankly, and is not nervous to address any issue. A leader can speak of other things other then CDW, four core areas, and the predictible topics regionals and vice-presidents regurgitate constantly. This is a performance based company to an extent. It is also a company that abuses the hell out of employees. Look at the conditions of the stores, the hours people put in, how many times a week do they eat lunch ? How many people were wrongly promoted ? How many people were wrongly fired ? How many people are lied to ? This is a great company to all the LEVEL IV. They make a bundle and don't do much, and have people like you blinded and bleeding green defending them while they laugh all the way to the bank. |
