Renzo, Oh Renzo, how the mighty have fallen! I'd like to thank you once again for putting the wrong people in the wrong offices. Again, you have let me come into an existing ERAC account and take it away from you! Funny thing is, that this account was not a previous account of mine and there is an ERAC office just two stores down from this body shop (about 100 feet away). And you still can't stop me! I will not rest until I take all the accounts I can manage. FYI my office went from 100 cars on 5/28/08 (1st day with HLE) to 208 cars today! THANKS FOR ALL OF THE NEW BUSINESS! I think its time for you to fire these managers you have and teach your peeps how to market and treat their valuable accounts. Don't bother trying to figure out what area I am marketing, because my office has been marketing as far east as downtown Miami to as far west as 137th Avenue and north to NW 103rd Street to down south as SW 40th Street. So by reading this you will notice that I will slowly take accounts from each of your branches (4102, 41J1, 4129, 4174, 41M9, 4120, 41C8, 4196, 4125 and many others). If I were you, I would call an emergency meeting with all of your managers, come up with a game plan to figure out what you can do to stop me. FYI, your accounts no longer want donuts or pastelitos, they want to deal with happy employees who are willing to provide the best customer service possible... Isn't this what ERAC was about a few years ago??? "Take care of your employees, then your customers, fleet growth will happen and profits will follow..." Or you can take the other approach and become very flexible and bend over grab your ankles and kiss your ass good-bye. Good night, I have to see what commission I'm making this month as an MT for my upgrades, CDW, PAI and SLP sales, fuel sales and for what accounts I take away from ERAC. That is right for you boys and girls, HLE pays commission to their MT's. Talk about taking care of your employees! And no, you don't have to worry about another pointless lunch at Barrio Latino or Subway.
