Now, ever since Holly's firing, EE employees wrote 91 threat wich over 3000 people read. Now, renzo has taken a chill pill and has relaxed 80% of the screaming. Now he is watchin his step.

It was a cruel awakening to him.

Now. Renzo likes this kid at the coral gable branch and he keeps bugging him every day. The kid is an MT and renzo personally calls him every day, to find out if he sold or not. As far as I am concerned, isnt the job of the area manager to call his MT's. Or is renzo trying to buy this guy soul for an exchange of something??

Renzo is the man that gave the grill to everyone at the airport. I wonder if this was done with the consent of Lucy Pelaez, the HR manager at region DD.

Renzo, stop calling your people and do your job. All this managers are working double to see a paycheck of less than 3k a month. leave them alone. Push them by paying them more.

Is Renzo back into is OLD tricks again. I heard from somone that works in Java the Hut area (area z) that the e-mails are on a all-time low.

Also welcome back from vacation Area Managers that took off during the busiet time since X-mas. Just keep smaking morale to the floor since employees are not allowed to take vacation during busy time, but when your a Level 3 or higher I guess you don't have any rules to follow.

Why should I quit when I can get paid to drive around and drain every last check FOR FREE out of the company + get free lunch+ free gas/suv/insurance/phone? Only idiots quit this job its the easiest 85 grand a year job out there plus the spiffs of 1 account meeting a week if that and breezing in and out of branches to show face; get the drift now get back to the counter and make us more money, and know while your sweating I'm riding in my free suv doing my weekly chores ;courtesy of erac.

one day your eyes will be opened to the atrocities that the upper mngt of this company does to its employees. you are wet behind the ears but when you are barely making ends meet as an asst mngr. have your bills to pay. working 60 hrs wk for turd pay and have no life, then come talk to us. everyone one day wakes up. its up to you to see how long your asleep though. get ready for shitty pay when you get "promoted" when the expenses go up in a couple of months this year and you are still giving the house away for a rental. the days of the 60-80 manager pay and 45+ asst mngr pay are gone. i remember those times a while ago. they were starting mngrs at 45 a couple of months ago i heard. now its around 43. cut back, cut back, cut back. the ship is sinking slowly. enjoy the fun times like everyone once did in the beginning of your career.
