hey thanks for my sweet paycheck. including my commission i make 150 more than an a fucking mt. thanks again dickheads. way to keep lowering your asst managers paychecks by playing musical fucking chairs with the region. i love that we need to set up bonus's so we can make what we were promised. great job keeping morale up with your managers and asst managers. let us spread our ass checks more so we can feel that big cock you are shoving up our asses. i wont even comment on that. you wonder why you have so many people quiting??? you can work less hours, less stress at any other job and make fucking more!!!!! lets have 4 day weekend specials now so we can make no money but hey, we have to upsell the cheapass cust. let's look at the lot and see what we have. ahh, lets upsell them into a cargo? how bout a dodge ram. but mr cust it has a hemi in it. but yet we wonder why we are doing shitty. thank god the only one that helps make rental money and saves our asses every month is brian hughes. he has made our months so many times but now we dont have shit to sell. oh well, at least we get 50% off a rental!!

i'm looking for a new job for that reason. i've heard posting your resume on monster is career suicide. sammi monitors that more than the employee referrals we send. in a nut shell enterprise is a good dream, but the hours vs my embarassing commission have made me look elsewhere. i want to buy a house in the next 2 yrs and making $300 to $600 extra a month is not gonna cut it between rent, student loans, and the cost of living.also the fakeness by upper management is pretty bad. if i have to eat at barrio latino one more time............

I guess I left at the right time, when I worked for erac and got promoted to assistant manager I was taken care of by my area manager(Rodolfo Manzon) back in that day as an assistant I was making 42,000 and later on went on to make 50,000 at my same branch when we blew out the fleet. It sad to see the state of so many good people making hardly enough to make their mortgage and feed their families, on the bright side you always have to look forward to a cooler, suitcase, or some other type of cheap christmas gift.

Pay plans.....what we should call them is welfare checks because even the people who live in the hood and rent our 12.49/day E-car make more money then we do. Those bonuses that we have now are a fucking joke if you can even acheive it. We have to do deal with all those cheap ass internet customers that even want the fucking discount on the WES. "Mr. Customer would you like to upgrade to the faboulous cargo van that we have waiting for you." Fuck this company and fuck RENZO. Wait he might like that. Have a happy 4th and lets all sit heavy so we don't make any money. CHEERS TO THAT.
