This is the sorriest bunch of fuck-ups I have ever seen grouped together in one pussy ass blogging website. I just heard about this site at work today and thought it would be funny... and it is, it's funny how you can all be the flunkies of Enterprise and group together for comfort and tell each other that you were the best and they made a mistake firing you or you "quit". Sounds like some Michael Scott type shit(the Office). Just because none of you losers were ready for the real world and don't have what it takes to be aggressive enough to get promoted at a fast pace doesn't mean the other 50,000+ employees don't. Apparently you guys went to college so you could work a dead-end job where everyone is treated equally and nobody is singled out for being the best, or the worst. Sorry ass-holes that kind of competitive mentality is what brings out the best or worst in people, it's clear what it brought out in all of you. Why don't you just go back to Russia and be ruled under Karl Marx so noone is any better than the next person, sorry you Socialists, this is why America is so great, because people are competitive and strive for their personal best. If you don't have what it takes to succeed at Enterprise, fine, then it clearly isn't the company for you. Take a good look into the mirror and make an honest truthful assessment of your job duties and the evironment you work in and you'll realize you're no better than the fast food worker. The only difference is the fast food worker never pretends or make others assume they're anything else but what they really are. Last but not least, take a hard look at your bank statement and reality will hit and you'll realize your actual place in society and the social class in which you belong.

Please every company that has people working in it singles out the best and worst, and promotes or fires accordingly. Problem with Erac is that you have to suck the teat of every MT up to Branch Manager to keep them "BOUGHT-IN" to the way of life erac tries to uphold. Erac if you notice almost NEVER fires anyone. They dont want to pay any unemployment and they want it to look like you were someone who couldnt handle the job if you quit. Basically they keep all the mindless drones around, to do their bidding until they realize their careers will go no further. Take a look at some of our illustrious Arms and the career path they have chosen. How many years and how many knobs have they sucked to only get to that glass ceiling they will NEVER break through? How about people being honest with employees instead of lieing to their faces and talking about them behind their backs? The dinners, after hours gatherings and basically no-life outside of ERAC is what they want. GG and probably every other group out there is identical, use the people below for everything you can get out of them and give them the "If you dont like it leave attitude" because you know there are hundreds of other college grads with a hunger to get their feet wet in a job. Erac does not give you any experience for the real world, its a job. College grads? Heck some of the higher ups can barely spell, let alone have a degree of aptitude of Management 101. Say shit to TC's face? For what? he knows what he is about, and he knows what wrongs he has made. Will he ever admit them? Of course not, its the ERAC way , lie until you and everyone else believes it or you get fed up enough and take that belief you once had in yourself and get to that greener pasture.
