I Am A Former Branch Manager Who Was Just Fired By Our Lovely New Rvp. This Fuckin Guy Is Brand New Walks In Thinks We Should Be Fuckin Happy We Have A Job But Yet You Fire Everyone. I Would Like To Walk In His Office Undo My White Shirt, Pull Down My Pants, And Take A Nice Piss In His Office. What The Hell Message Do You Have To Send To Make This Shit Change. I Seen An Area Manager Recently Fired, I've Seen People At Other Branches Know That They Will Be Fired Because It Is Statistically Impossible To Keep This Fucking Job.

Most likely the new RVP has a "window" of opportunity where retention won't be held against them. Then they go about figuring who they think is with their plan or not. If you are not... you get chased off irregardless of whether you have been productive earlier in your career or not. It is simply personalties and politics. I have seen it again and again.

You can be a hero to one L4 and then "poof", you suck 6 months later and get chased off.

There is no one at Corporate keeping score for the "little" guys at L1, L2 and even L3 positions.

I agree, please anyone that reads this I want to hear some more feedback on this region and more examples. Does this just happen in 41GG or all over?

As a previous L3 I saw it in our group and many others where the GM or RVP.... "quit", "retired" etc, etc

Short window where new L4 is "cool" and feels like they are going to be "much better" than the previous.... then people start getting whacked or pushed out....

The "honeymoon" period is used by the new GM/RVP to size up existing talent and see who they like and who they dont. During this time... make sure you align with the new L4 and kiss thier ass!! That is... if you want to stick around.

Its crazy, this god damn company doesn't give the best people who are performing the tools to be successful they just expect you to have good bullshit skills and be like you car just got in an accident, we have some being delivered, just stupid shit like that for example. What they need is a fuckin forecaster so we can better balance out reservations etc. They need something to have set prices in stone instead of we quote 99 a day for a minivan the internet quotes it at 39 and another office quotes at 129 just crazy stupid shit like this that I hope kills this company.
