1 question for the newly promoted E.P.

all of us (in his area) hated him. he was the worst area manager that i have ever worked for. he was all about himself and talked shit behind everyone's back. he said he couldn't take the pressure anymore, but we all know that the area was going to hell, so that fat f&^@ just quit. we are all better off without him.

a lot of level 3's leave GG what's the deal there?

The goals are unrealistic.....if it's not one thing, it's something else. RVP's and RRM's need to find something to complain about and someone to blame....this falls squarely on the area manager's shoulders. It will be very difficult to be promoted to RRM out of region GG, not like Eddie the chink, beacuse Eddie did not have ESQI to contend with or alot of other pressures of rental. In case you didn't know, Eddie was an area manager who could not take the heat and was forced to HR. He was in AA, where the RVP wanted to get rid of him all along. So when he went to GG, he saved his job. Believe me, Eddie is no loss for us, he is a loss for corporate who will have to deal with his behind your back tactics and unfriendly attitude.....personally I hated the fucker and am glad he's gone. Napoli, no loss there...he didn't give a fuck about anyone but himself. He needs the shit kicked out of him to wake him up. Has he looked in the mirror lately? WOW!!

I am really glad Andy Lewis is gone, that guy did nothing but try and convince people of the riches he had, my god the stories were so tall even he could not get out of them. He used to ride us like there was no tomorrow, and sit in my branch all day long doing absolutely nothing but try and feed us lines about his fake house next to Vanilla Ice. Eventually they fired his fat ass, I hear it was for theft, but others say male sexual harrasment, who knows who cares, I am just glad I dont have to listen to his long winded stories anymore.

How about when he used to drive that bright yellow moped around the dealership. That was real professional, he used to say it was for fun meanwhile that was his only mode of transportation besides his free erac car. The service writers used to laugh watching him sit on it and seeing the seat disappear. One day he actually drove through the Mcdonald drive through on it and came back riding with one hand on the bar and a GIANT big mac in the other all while wearing a tie! I wish I had a camera.

Yeah Bergy wanted to get rid of Eddie in AA because they hated each other, but I guess Eddie outlasted him. Too bad, 99 hated Bergy, so they didn't care what he said. That guy didn't know the difference from his ass to a hole in the ground. Actually, Eddie was great with me. He was always open and honest with me. I say screw you if you didn't like him, because he probably sat in your firing or fired you directly. I saw his paychecks, he made more money than all of you.
