Why are all the upper management getting canned over the past few months?

Because the region has not made any decent money in months, they need to catchup on the overhead. If they fire or have people leave that were making decent money, then there is more for them to take from. Get it? Another reason, people are getting tired of piss-poor examples of managment, and getting abused and threatened after working 60 hour workweeks. I for one am waiting for the last few commission checks from this horrible season and then Im gone. My ARM even expresses his hate toward the company on a dialy basis, and I can see right through the fakeness of the fat RM when she rolls into my branch to complain about something. i have Been floating my res for about 3 weeks now, noone is watching and noone cares because this region has completely fallen apart. I ahve been here for about 3 years and the last 1.5 have really shown what this company is all about, lies, deception, and backstabbing.

who's got canned lately? I've been out almost a year. The best move ever.
