Default A MUST READ FOR ALL..

Once again I face myself writing about the lack of leadership existant in all Level IV here in South Florida.Alan Levine, Gary Behm and the rest of their team of level IV, must be the most incompentent group of over paid employees I've seen put together. I think only athletes make more money and conduct themselves as poorly as our reining elite Level IV in South Florida. It's amazing that after the numerous attrocities, and unethical conduct that takes place, no one in corporate does anything about it.

Let's explore this carefully, and put a few things in perspective. We had two outstanding area managers that were on top of the matrix Victor Almodavar and Juan Rubio Fernandez. Victor quit, after many failed attempts and interviews of getting promoted. I guess he finally realized the writing on the wall. Rubio, was also discouraged and displaced to re-marketing. Two top performers. Here come to unknown, two people who were not on top of the matrix Renzo Roncal, and Erin Ashby get handed their jobs. To make matters worse, these two baffoons are both known for venting how much work they have, and how little their compensation is. In the case of Erin, she has expressed to many she is responsible for baby sitting 7 area managers, and in some cases earns less then some of them. That is very inspiring and motivating for everyone else to know.

Although shocking, it's not surprising. It's always been a big secret how much every position pays. They talk a big game, how at Enterprise you can make millions in a short time. Everyone gets caught up talking about it, but does anyone know accurately how much a regional rental manager should or does earn ? A Regional Vice-President ? A department head ? A General Manager ? I am a venture capitalist like probably everyone else here in ERAC, and I truly beleive that we all need to be on the look out for the biggest pay day. If people are willing to pay athletes, actors, CEO millions, well that's their problem. You can always not buy that movie ticket, not go to the ball park and boycott the products sold or traded by that CEO's company. In the case of Enteprise it's a bit different. You have every single MT, MA and assistant manager do most of the hard work in rental. Arrive at the branch at 7:00am and sometimes earlier. Leave the branch at 7:00pm and sometimes later, that's when you don't have to go add cars, or ex-change customers out of vehicles or anything else that is required to keep our branches moving. God help the poor folks that work at an airport branch. You do that, you barely each lunch, you are pressured on CDW sales, you are required to wash cars, go on sales calls, and pretty much keep the Enterprise engine running, and profitable. While you do this, the level IV manages you through fear and intimidation, and to top it all off they make sure you don't get paid but the bare minimum. But not level IV. They are "entitled" to those big fat checks, and I agree !! However, capitalism has to work both avenues. It should not be rape, and enslave the MT'S, assistants and managers, but do compensate the level IV.

I find it unbeleivable that people like Alan Levine and the rest of the RVP'S start assistant managers salary at $37,000 and managers at $44,000. AFter all the work we do. We spend more time in our jobs then we do with our family and friends. This is the thank you we get ?

I strongly encourage you to go to the taxing and zoning web pages of the counties in which these folks live in. Here is just something for you to take a bite on. I ran the property taxes on Alan Levine's house in Lighthouse point. Mr. Levine already paid in cash for his taxes. A whopping $59,062.35. If my math is correct and Broward county taxes are 2.5% of the value of the home, this means his home is registered to be worth close to $2,978,669. So the combined annual salary of two MT'S are the taxes alone on Mr. Levine's house. I also pulled the Kimp Chimp's tax record (Kurt Marzoff). He paid $18,404.96 in property taxes. That puts his home at $892,060. Our beloved Tom Caccamo paid in taxes approximately $16,313 and paid for his home $813,950.

It's OK to make as much as you want to make, but not at the expense of nickel and diming, MT'S, assistants, and managers which are the engine of this corporation. We leave are blood, sweat, and tears in this company, and we don't do it for you to shamefully rob us of pay, and stick it in your own pocket. This is the most shameful conduct I have yet to witness from corporate america. It's expected of corporations some of this conduct. But at Enterprise, you pray on young, driven, competitive, and passionate individuals to dangle a carrot infront of them with a fake promise. So many level IV push this lie... It's so shameful. You make it seem as if we are not worthy, we are stupid, or incompetent if we cannot sell CDW. There are plenty of succesful, creative, and driven professionals out there, that never sold ONE GOD DAM cdw in their life. It's not the end of the world to have a bad day, bad week, or bad month ASSHOLE.

Don't even try to feed me that bull crap about you have to earn it, we did our time, and we did our share. Mr. Levine you have been with the company for 20 years. Allow me to perhaps remind you of some statistics that come in place. In the 20 years++ you have been with the company, you know all the changes it's gone through:

In 1992 Enterprise opened it's 1000 office.
In 1992 it generated $1 billion worth of revenue versus $9 billion in 2006
In 1995 this company opened it's first airport location in Denver.
In 1998 this company generated $4 billion.

In addition to all of this some industry experts are predicting the Home City market in 2006 generated more then airport market. What I am trying to tell you Mr. Levine is that things were different then. Now we have over 5800 offices, and you fools have the same expectation of growth. You pressure us to deliver, or else. Incredibly you want us to fight the competition with our face and "Great Service" when the home city market is the only way the competition has to grow. If we can't stop the competition from taking some of our market share, your level IV write us up, with intention of disciplinary actions up to and including termination. You want to fight the competitors, do so like Big Boys do. You know, through merger and acquisitions. Buy them out like the rest of the companies do, or else understand they will take some of your market. Be realistic, and stop with the threats.Your bull crap about you have done it before falls on death ears. This is the most difficult and trying of times to run an office. Economy is up and running, better jobs out there. There is an enterprise office in every corner, competitors are on the prowl, we've flooded the used car market and affected prices. We have idiots like you that don't want to be flexibe, change, and most important LEAD US !!!

Frankly to top it all off, here is a little something more for us to bite on: While in our offices, we take abuse from the customer, pressure from upstairs, no sympathy from anyone. Just a couple pad in the back to try and make us forget they are paying us nothing while they are laughing to the bank. Here is the kicker. Ideally, if I am going to deal with grumpy and unforgiving customers, if I'm going to work retail hours and use my degree to work on a very non-glamorous job, If I am going to be deprived of lunches, holidays, and I will spend more time at work then balancing my life and having a bit more quality of life here are some suggestions:

Manager of Chic Filet : Average Salary $155,000 (No Sundays). Best paid manager $440,000

Manager of Wal-Mart: Huge head-ache but average manager $ 250,000 Best paid manager (New Jersey Wal-Mart) $710,000

Assistant Manager Target (Less duties as they have as many as 15 Assistants) $65,000 - $115,000.

It's retail, it's not glamorous, it's alot of hours, but it pays !

In a world where are friends, family, and neighbors are being mutilated or murdered in a war accross the globe, in a world where China is taking in most of the natural resources of the planet, in an era were we should be striving to unify in numbers, and having some balance in our lives. We have a company like Enterprise that simply steps on the very employee which funny enough are the employees who keep their engine running. It's time we turn the tables and teach them a lesson. The airline industry enjoyed many years of growth and huge profits. They neglected their employees, and when they took strength through unions and numbers look at what they did to the airlines. The same for the automotive industry. They neglected employees, deprived them of being creative, somewhat autonomous, and thought they had it all. Where is FORD and GM today. The silent Dragons (Toyota, Hyundai, Kia) have taken them out.

Funny thing about the people these clowns chose to represent them. For example Renzo Roncal and Erin Ashby. What a disgrace these two people are. Find one person that will have something positive to say about any of these two. One one hand, we have Erin motor mouth Ashby. She openly vents about her pay, and about the hours and thankless position she is in. Why are people so angry at her? What did she ever do for any of her employees ? Further more, she had less qualifications, and less performance record then many other area managers, and still go the job ? How does that happen ? Any level IV care to address this one ? What value has she brought to the region ? I hate to even say it, but I feel bad for everything she's had to endure. Honestly, she brought it on to herself.

Let's not forget our little short fuzed friend Mr. Roncal. A man with no ethics or morals. Did anyone ever inquire about his little trip to the keys with his staff while he was the area manager at the airport. Did anyone inquire about the activities that went on ? Apparently, there were threesome sexual activites amongst enterprise management. Two male assistant managers, banged another female assistant all in accordance, and under the rule of the all mighty Renzo. This is what he promotes. Why was this so conveniently put underneath the rug. OOOps, we forgot about another possibility, Renzo lied to cover his ass. This is just one incident, and quite frankly to anyone with common sense an issue big enough to be addressed. However, theres is plenty more skeletons and misconduct on this idiot's resume.. Renzo, you are an idiot. Worse, you are a coward. An unfortunately this is caliber of moron the level IV in Group 41 chose to promote.

The only manangement style you have is to strike fear on people. Frankly, if you ever were to raise your tone with me, one I would treat you as a man disrespecting me, and I assure you not as my supervisor. In essence, I would have your face meet my fist quicker then your HOMOSEXUAL ass can split open to have someone invade it. You are a closet homo, and you need to stop living that double life. One day, I will have my PI follow you, and I'll get the pictures I need to show everyone at erac your true colors. I would have alot more respect for you, if you would just come out and admit it already. All that anger and confusion clouds your judgement at work. Since your arrival in my region, you have created nothing but anger, disagreement, hostility, a terrible work environment, you have shot the morale to the ground, but in your case you don't even know or care what retention is. This kind of conduct does not ring strike a cord with you. I don't have access to retention numbers, but it doens't take a genius to take an educated guess. I'm not a gambler, but if I were I would put the very little I have against the fact that 41EE has got to be one of the worst in the group. Renzo, of all people, you should know Enteprise does not embrace diversity as it claims to do. It does not support, develop, or promote Hispanics, Women, African Americans, and specially open gay men into upper management. That is why, you still remain in the closet. Come out of the closet, and lprove us wrong about the little leadership abiity you have. Take charge for the homosexual community in Enterprise as the highest ranked gay manager in the company.

In regards to your pouting of your chest because of Kirk Kazanjian's book about Exceeding Customer's expectation. I know all of you are so proud. What the book forgot to mention was to get that ESQI it has cost the company millions of dollars by giving it away to anyone that complaints even about their fingernail. What Kirk forgets to mention is the pressure there is to satisfy customer, and that it has come to a cost of retention and morale much bigger then it can be put in numbers. But kudos to this book, as it's another great item that the level IV can discuss amongst them while they eat their dinners. One last thing about your $50 million contribution for trees. This is just as shameful then what you do to MT'S, assistants, and managers. ERAC like it or not has 815,000 cars burning gas, and turning carbon monoxide into the air. Don't think for a minute that your contribution wasn't a strategic move to pursuade lobbyist, and interest groups of what ever is to come down the line because of what we polute as a company. Then to top it all off, in great Level IV spin off style, you try to pass this as a great phylantropic effort because ERAC is such a good corporate citizen. Go feed that crap to someone else. Again, the only ones who liked to see that donation was the crony level IV because it gives them something to talk about in dinner. To us in the front line, it was a slap in the face. CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME, that money would have been better suited giving it to the employees Asshole.

Let us stand united. Let us teach the Level IV, and ownership of this company a lesson. Let's go out there and get our respect, and get us paid what we deserve. We all joined this company to get paid, and not to be enslaved and have someone else reep the benefits of our hard work. I say, let's all join hands and walk out Februay 14. Happy Valentines to everyone. Build the strength and let's do it. They cannot stop us in numbers.

PASS THIS NOTE TO ANOTHER COLLEAGUE.

He wont spare anything but a fake act that your part of his "team". When he wants you gone he will either try and lower your percentage or have heat brought down by a barrage of bs from his bloated underling. It is all a sport , to see who will take the most for the longest. Just look at the sorry sack of ARMS out there, how many years of heartburns they have endured. How many letdowns they have encountered in their careers. Now they must be fake to stay face and hopefully get the backing they need to get away from these monsters. Monsters who have no "real-world" business experience other than ERAC. Sadly some gave alot to try and make things work, however it falls on deaf drunk ears. The time will come when people realize the phony PDM's, negative fleet growth, decrease in flip, decrease in OP, decrease in their checks, and overall decrease in the morale. Or maybe they dont care as this has been happenening for over 2 years now. The only benefit I have to staying is the checks I collect for barely any work since my ARM is never around.
