My Little Dictator Branch Manager

I dont know what the hell this guys problem is, but he makes everything a huge issue and basically has TANTRUMS in the office like a 3rd grader. When I try and discuss ongoing account problems with him he just ignores me and tells me to shut up he knows how to run his ship? I cant take it anymore and dont know if he reads this site or not. I am not going to deal with it much longer anyways.

When you take a shit on your boss's head.

First off dont complain about anything, it will do you no good. Second just ride out the checks until you find something better, believe me it only gets worse the higher you go. Third, noone will help you only label you and make you ineligible for promotions. To get ahead in the company you have to kiss ass , eat $hit qll while keeping a giant smile on your face. You are not allowed to have an opinion , nor can any input matter if it doesnt come from your superiors mouth; even if it is a great idea. Basically you need to be a robotic drone , and be an order taker from your superiors, but never the customers. If your BM is being a pain just let him/her fall on their face and just be like everyone else and dont care, if you havent realized it already that is the common theme especially here in GG.

I noticed in my short career with ERAC most of the, not all of the women managers were Divas. As for the men, most were little boys trying to impress the higher upps. Look at me daddy,look at me. And yes they all through temper tanturms.
