yeah right.......these two are sipping mohitos on some white tropical strip of sand south of the equator with gazillions stashed in their bank accounts from their ERAC pay packages, LMFAO!!!!!!!!!! i wonder if they realize they can no longer count the money in their Monopoly board game as personal assets since they are no longer with ERAC.

Erin was just another one of Toms lackeys that tried doing the right thing but was pushed out by the obnoxious arrogant Bridget. You will see more people LEAVING, not getting fired, but LEAVING. They all begin to see the money might be good where they are at however they will never have an opportunity to go any higher and hence make more money. Its the sorry state erac has fallen into, why do you think they are continuosly hiring? Why are they always monitoring who is "floating" their resume. They need to keep the lies going as long as they can, noone gets promoted anymore and noone is making real money. Look at the tenure and quality of some of the Arms in GG more fat will be trimmed time will tell!!!!!

Arm in GG just wanted to walk then was begged to stay by my castle dwellers, seems the upper managment in that region is having a hard time trying to hold onto the arms they have, that would have made 3 walkouts in less than a year(OF LEVEL 3'S), plus the countless other slaves working in the mines(branches/castle) I guess its hard to keep telling the lie that a promotion/more money is in their future, but it never appears, only a daily headache by people who graduated ERAC 101 , nothing more nothing less.
ML dont doubt yourself , there is better out there, where hard work is appreciated not demanded.

What????? I loved Erin Sylvester, What a sweetie, she is the one who got me in the door, though I was smart enough to realize something wasn't right when everyone always had a smile, in other words all smoke and mirrors. It didn't take me very long to realize I was working 50+ hours a week and only bringing home $400. I'm sorry to hear she is gone, I wish her the best, I think she made a very wise decision. I can't think of one person during the training process who was actually sincere. Every speaker or dinner event was one clown after another, lying through their teeth about how great this place is, especially (D), go back to MSU chump. The one thing other then MSU that you and Mateen Cleeves have in common = Huge Disappointments! Everyone through the hiring process was great in GG, Much Love Erin and John, but as for the higher up's, you people would shoot your own mother and take bets on what way she falls. Those are the people which make corporate america so miserable. Good Luck Erin, let me know when you get back from sipping Martini's, would love to hang out sometime.

What about the trainer Michelle R. Is she still around? Does she still have the same loser boyfriend? She is a hotty, who needs a real man. I bet that joker she's with works for Enterprise too.
