Are they monitoring it so they can make the changes they need to make, or is it just a witch hunt?

Knowing Gp42 it is a witch hunt to weed out non conformers. That is the most crooked group out there. Upper management all the way to the GP VP knows what they do to rake in the money. Defininately the worst gp at Erac

I WILL TELL YOU EXACTLY WHY THEY ARE MONITORING GRP 42! IT IS BECAUSE I SENT A LETTER TO ANDY OF MAYBERRY TELLING THEM IF THE CRAP I SAW POSTED ON HERE AND CROSS REFERENCED A COPY TO THE FL USA TODAY NEWSPAPER TO AN INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER TO LOOK INTO THE FRAUD THAT IS WHY THEY ARE BEING MONITORED. what do you people think you can work in tampa and get away with the shit that the poster initially wrote about wrecking a car and then caharging the consumers insurance for it? No, you're a nut case because you have no idea of what the hell you are talking about. You're definitely NOT an Employee- you must be one of THOSE customers. The 20% that aren't COMPLETELY satisfied because you had to wait 5 min or you pissed cause you're bill was too high.
