Groups 07, 42, 43, 55 I think?

Here we can talk about things ERAC does to just us. Such as when they started the one way rental program for just Florida.

Admin maybe you could start a page for all the Florida Groups, California Groups, and New York Groups and see where it goes.

is it true that if you agree to pay for a two-class upgrade to an SUV that you guys in florida will fill the back seat of that rental vehicle with three or four crates of freshly picked oranges as a customer service gesture?

C'mon now warrior, if this site was JUST about Service, you surely wouldnt visit everyday, now would you????? If you are SOOOOO interested in Customer feedback, why don't you call the esqi feedback clients for your entire group? How many times can you bear to hear:

1.`My car was dirty
2. you were late
3. why dont you have a car for my reservation
4. I am not paying for anything, it was not my fault!

Get lost warrior! In your 1 hour of day of spare time before you collapse of exhaustion, shouldn't you spend it with friends and family rather than searching for customer service letters on this site you can repond to?

as long as we are on the subject of group 42 in tampa, why not tell the truth about what is really going on with that branch and all the fraudulent activities going on there, fl usa today newspaper knows about what is going on there as they are about to investigate it or has begun to investigate it since i mailed a copy of one of posting to them and to andy so heads should be rolling soon

yeah right, you have been saying this type of stuff for a while. I think you are nuts. If something was going to happen, it would have happened since you started with these comments of heads will roll, Andy knows and the USA TODAY knows. Do you really think Andy opens his own mail or reads his email? Someone else does it. If you think they will give it to Andy, let me say this, if you wrote any letters or even talk on the phone the way you post on hear, most people will think you are a whack job, give it a rest and go back to whatever you do.
