This customer is a toolsack. Did you read the fucking contract??... or do you make it a habit to sign your life away with no fucking idea what you are signing. BUYER BEWARE is a life lesson! This is not a complicated contract, and is NOT fine print, quite the opposite actually....a 7 year old can understand the line:

GOING OUT OF STATE ( ) YES ( x ) NO.......If yes, What states?

This line exists to control mileage. If you would have YES on the contract, your mileage would have been limited. Basically, you were a tard on this deal. Mark it up to a new life lesson: NOTE TO SELF: I promise I will read things that I am required to sign in the future.

I am sorry, but he wasnt listening when the contract was being explained, didn't read what he was signing, and now wants to blame someone, anyone else he can for his ignorance.

That being said, write a letter to the General Manager of the group, explain your situation in a calm professional well-written demeanor, and you will most likely get the charge waived. (but be sure to sign the letter you faggot!)

I am sorry to hear about situations like this, I know that whenever I go over a contract I say "signing here states you will be staying in the state of florida, and our car is non smoking".

Did the person who put you in the car say anything, or did you guess where and what you were signing? I think the $500 is a reasonable drop fee, what do you think, free?

Would it be Enterprises fault if you chose to drop the car in south america? Should the rental agent have to tell you every specific and possible situation. You are allowed to leave the state and you can do one way rentals. You just need to be honest up front and not just act like you're the victim when you break the contract. What company are you the training manager for. I'd like to see if they'd be as accomadating as erac has been in a similiar situation. No, they wouldn't. You're a fag go get some dick and plug your mouth.
