I also heard that he has crones. I dont really think its anything that is public knowledge. Its doesnt really make to much sense to me because, he took his leave because he tore his ACL or somethign like that, I heard he didnt come back because he was having trouble managing the pain. And I know he did indeed have surgery because I say the guy out with his leg cast on and all. On what grounds would he have a suit with enterprise though? Its to bad for him because were is the guy going to find a 200k a year job? Its not like you leave erac with an employable skill set, I hope he invested wisely, I didnt know the guy to well, so I dont have much of an opinion of him, but I hope things work out for him.

I believe but don't quote me that medical information like that is covered under the HIPAA laws.
| |||
Doesnt HIPAA only apply to say a doctors office, If KL told someone about his disease, and other people ran their mouth, really it comes back aroudn to KL for saying anything in the first place. It seems everyone is looking for a way to sue ERAC the best thing you can do it stop working there, and stop renting there.

No that's part of it but not all. When a friend of mine applied for a job his previous employer told the new place about his condition. He ended up sueing them and won, for 2 reasons. 1st in my state at least the only information an employer is only allowed to give is dates of employment and if you left voluntarily. They can't even say you were fired. 2nd the judge said that medical information shared with an employer is private and confidential. I talked to him tonight and he did tell me the judge ruled it as a HIPAA violation.

Group 43 is the place where Enteprise careers end. For the sake of anyone that is hired here or currently employed, can St Louis come in and do a sweep of upper management, it may not all be corrupt, but a fresh start may be in order.

Do you think corporate could clean up some old f*cks at group 07 in Orlando? That place is so corrupted with dishonest upper management that used you and drains your blood until they find new ones out of college to replace you. It’s almost like the cycle of service, but instead it’s called the cycle of branch offices.
