Default Glad it is over! 43 is doomed

I went to this website before I took a MT position but, like so many needed a job my degree(s), I thought, could not get me. I don't like the company but, I did like the job.

As a system Enterprise is first rate. Their problem is everything will continue to work right and then over night everything will fail.

I watched my Area Manager and three other Area Managers get Fired. While Managers and Ass. Managers get fired or quit. They even fired one of 43's City Managers. I would have not left if I thought the job was going to get better. Managers in 43 make nothing for the job they do; I could not believe once I found out how little people get paid. I made more money before enterprise than my area manager.

Enterprise still owes me around 200 dollars that I know I'll never see. Wow, one day I might be in the position to choose a rental car company for my company. I told my third area manager as I was quiting that I am going to use Enterprise as my own personal HR company when I need a good employee I'll just rent cars until I find one.

Used to work in St. Augustine, for the life of me I could not remember the group number until another post listed the numbers by region. Group 43! God, what bad memories, wonder if a BM by the name of "j" is still around?

Ledsome, How is this guy still around. If being on every board in town keeps your job then I guess he is great. But what about the fact that his city has done nothing under his tenure. And how does a fat pig like Gilmore still have a job. And does anbody now if Mike Lawson holds the record for not getting promoted. But hey they are all Rock Stars............................................. .................

Is Ledsome still around? Group 43 all rock stars? If sub 900/car income is what a rock star produces then sure. If double digit declining negative delivery growth for two years means rocks star... then yeah... If bottom of the Fleet Services Matrix counts, repetitive Level 3 turnover, and ESQI so bad corporate wont trust the GM with a Truck operation is Rock Star material then, Hi Fives to you guys.
