changes in group 43

A Group Truck Manager is not 5 tiers above an Area Manager.

It's a Level 3 position equal to a City Mgr.

Chip being a VP/GM is a Level 4 - how can you be higher than that and still work for the man ??

Here is a story I got to tell,
Its about two bad boys u know so well,
It started way back in history, with
big bad boy and his new boss chippeee,
big bad boy was insecure of his job,
so at anyone he would throw a lob,
Chip and his GP 43 mission was so unclear,
sell out, with other fight?

they got rid of a Controller, many many areas managers, did a two for on on Group Rental Managers, two times over,

Damn, chippeee pull the CLK with a range rover,

so who is left, in the group to stay,
no on if big bad boy have a say,

must keep my job,
dont be a slob,

blah blah blah, Best of Luck with Truck!!!! Hey I hear there is another Controller search, and another Area Manager search after tonight.

What happened to the last set of Group Rental Managers? Wasnt there two new guys just last year? Austin and Joe? Where did they go? What happened to them? I wonder when you make $200,000 a year where you go and work to try and make that back?

Dale Curry is the controller or was he recently let go also? so does that make 2 controllers?

Do you people realize how messed up your group is compared to ours. You guys are pathetic. Who is this chip guy anyways? What is the scoop on him, did he get his business degree out of a cracker jack box?

Our group is not messed up. We just cant get the right people to get the job done. Austin was great to work for. As for Joe, I dont know I did not work for him, but from what I hear he was all talk and was actually never really doing any work. Always at Admin or something hanging with his buddy chip. As for the controllers, i dont know what happened to those guys. Not sure how it is thier fault if some offices cant make an OP once in awhile. Anyways, Im shooting to move up quickly so I can get one of the openings that happen quarterly around here. Then I will take this group to the next level.

Lawson ought to get it then. I've been out of the group 43 loop for a minute so I didn't even know he put in for it. He's done a great job at AP with ESQI and getting people promoted. The guy is nice and knows his stuff. I hope he does well with the Truck operation (if he gets it, of course).

Well latest news Lawson is the new GTM, Chip is so "hip" that is Group Truck Manager. So now Coughlan has officially lost all his area managers, this one to a "promotion" - Are we gearing for round two with the "E Fresh" man?

Ha too bad TPC is not until May this year, some tricky fleet planning is in the future for this group.. Will Chip make it that long anyway? anyone know what the odds are on the pool going at the admin office are this week. I heard there was a little under the table betting going on with some the remarketing guys and a few others. I want in.

We all know it is just a matter of time. Good for Lawson, he is a good guy. If remarketing has a pool, Im in also. I heard the odds in Vegas on Chip being here after the Orlando trip is 100 to 1. Actually the Ravens have a better shot at winning the Super Bowl next year. Lawson if you are reading this good job big buddy. I'll see you at work on Monday.
