| He quit because DC would not allow hinm to transfer to Texas. His wife had moved back because she was tired of JAX. DC thought his precious AP was more important than an employees family. |

| not trying to defend DC, but wouldn't the whole transfer thing be in the hands of whichever Texas group he would be transferring to? I know that out of group transfers in the world of ERAC mean at least a one-step demotion, so wouldn't it be in the Texas group's hands to give him a job out there? |

| I would have to agree with you also. I speak from experience. You were screwed when you were promised Assistant Manager but as Chip said "Sorry you couldnt get the numbers" Yet a minority management assistant who did not qualify was able to become an assistant manager and stayed at NAS jax because the EEOC was called and Chip and Pat said not to move her. Or we could talk about area 7 where the minority was promoted who was looking for an EEOC claim and/or Workers comp claim. I am sure there are numbers floating around somewhere to support all this. Wouldnt that be amazing if those numbers made it to the paper or fox news or something of that magnitude. Oh yeah, that is right 5 days after you left there was a girl brought in from another group who was a utilization manager and not in rental the previous 2 years, yet was given to the crying Area Manager from Area 5 as a branch manager. So yes to agree you were screwed with the usual group 43 rhetoric about not qualifying, but then they flipped and did it 5 days later with a straight transfer from another group. |

| I heard the newest Airport branch manager was recently a corp accounts manager and before that was a branch manager over like 2 people down in smallsville gainesville for 6 months. Good luck managing 40. Managing 2 then 0 and then 40, that seems to make a lot of sense. Of by the way, it m understanding Polito, Kach, and Hollinger all got there jobs because they were otherwise were going to get fired from the big E. In the good old days it was a punishment to be thrown into a group admin position, wow who new they would all have protected multi-six figure salaries because they could not make it in rental. |

| Well Friday was my last day in Group 43. I am taking a significant pay cut going back to corporate, but I can say I am one of the few level 3's to make it out and stay with ERAC. Thank you Chip for sparing me. Of course given the circumstance and my arrangement to be in this group it could not have worked out any other way. I will say the department I leave behind is pathetic. It is nothing but Chip forcing me to fill the minority gap for the group with a bunch of unqualified folks. Man I am glad I am stepping away from this scandal. Maybe if one of my audit teams rolls up on good ole Jax in the future I can let Chip have his just desert. signing out of jax, Pokey |

| Well it looks like the area manager monster has struck again. The young lady from the midwest is moving on to greener pastures. Hmmmmm, whose fault is this. Well we know they need to hire another female, in the grand scheme of things, they need to have the proper mix of men, women and minority. Hey maybe they can promote that girl from LP's old branch at 30, what is her name? The one with the broken leg with the EEOC on her Fav 5. Is Chip still in charge here, how did he let this happen. WHEN THE HELL IS CORPORATE GOING TO SEE THAT THIS OPERATION IN GROUP 43 IS NOT WORKING. GET RID OF THE TOP LEVELS AND START FRESH, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO LET THIS MANAGEMENT TEAM STOP RUINING THE LIFE OF MANY GOOD PEOPLE. HOW MANY GRM'S AND ARM'S HAS THIS GROUP GONE THROUGH IN 3 YEARS. I am sure it is more than 4-5 other groups combined. Chip how do you go to sleep at night? Please tell us, just quit yourself and stop killing people. I guess MacArthur needs to make a return and finally take this to the top levels of our judicial branch. Chip and Pat are you ready to play? You have to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, know when to walk away and know when to run.
