Yeah, it is kinda wierd how a manager that has been aroung for so long like AP ups and decides to just go to car sales while taking a huge salary cut. I think there must have been some sort of conspiracy theory against him. I mean c'mon, how could they keep that girl around anyways??? She is the laziest, stupidest, and most scheming person I know of @ ERAC. That is unless you count out the upper management like DC. The couldn't even do a deposit!!! How stupid are you if you can't even add up 2-3 checks and a couple hundred dollars in cash??? I had a few run-ins with her myself and couldn't believe that she wasn't fired. I heard that she injured knee while on vacation and then she tried to come in to work and pretend to fall down just so she could claim workers comp. How pathetic!!!

I used to work for AP and he was a kick butt manager- sad to see him move to Car Sales. He is one of the hardest working people I know.

What is going on with the GRM situation. I hear there is about to be some major changes. Someone said they are realigning the group to give DG more cars, he helped Chip in a bind aparently. I heard Racine is on the outs and that a new position was going to be open. Are they going to make Lawson an area manager to further save money, I hear he is making more money than any of the GRMs anyway. Does anyone know any more details, I only know what I hear from my area manager. I hope there is some movement, it always creates opportunity.

Any updates on a changing of the guard with GRMs? Is this still happening? Any area managers on there way out currently?

I got a message the other day, apparently Chip is bringing in another member from Group 55 to be the Assistant Controller, maybe the Controller cant do his job or something, but a message came out Friday and it thanked a bunch of GP 55 upper management people so I assume that is where she is coming from. Its a shame how politics work.

Some interesting figures... Lets assume the group brings in $15,000,000.00 in profit this year what will everyone get paid this year

GM == about $1,202,250.00
Controller == about $450,000.00
Remarketing Mgr == about $175,000.00.
Avg Group Rnt Mgr == about $155,000.00
Avg Area Mgr == about $85,000.00
Avg Br Mgr == about $41,000.00

Oh by the way at $20M everyone pretty much stays the same except the GM, Controller, Remktg Mgr, and HR manager, because territories will be re-divided. No wonder GMs are so friendly.
