HR Manager is close to GRM pay. I would think a recruiter in 43 would kill it, I think I heard that they get paid off of hires, like $150 per hire and then profit based comm, so I would think about $70K with all the turnover they are having to replace, does not sound like a fun job nor is being done well hence the turnover.

Oh by the way at $20M everyone pretty much stays the same except the GM, Controller, Remktg Mgr, and HR manager, because territories will be re-divided. No wonder GMs are so friendly.

What a waste of money to pay Rumping $450K, does he do anything that actually impacts the group to that degree? According to this he is making what all three GRMs make combined. No wonder why OH is never going to see double digits again. This cannot be right.

Looks like JR got canned, I read something about how it was supposed to happen! I guess it was correct does that mean AP is next?

Who is the new GRM? Will it be ML or JS? JS probably deserves it, but if that happens it can be the groups kiss of death, area 6 is the only area that consistently performs, with JS out of the picture Area 6 will go down hill fast and fixing City 3 will not happen as fast as 6 goes down, so 43 could be looking at some serious negative numbers, same goes with ML, ML is the airport, DC will be crippled, this group has some interesting challenges it seems. Is there a strong candidate pool out there in the company, GP43 has been whittling away at available cadidate for years.

A new development, apparently another GRM has told the GM to take the job and shove it... This time a true flat out resignation, or maybe a transfer?????? Does anyone have details to this recent development. 2 GRMS gone in two months, will there be a Tri-Fecta... Jacksonville has got to be breaking some level 3 turnover records here. An LCM, an ARM, and two GRMs in 3 months... With movement at this level there is sure to be some move coming down the pike.
