First of all, if you know JF she has better things to do than run her mouth about some girl who couldn't do her job. Truth is, she was fired for ethical reasons....lying repeatedly to JF and not getting her job done. JF is way too confident and has too many things going for her to care about some girl who couldn't get it done in the department. And yes she is pregnant! Everyone is really happy for her. You guys are sad....GET A LIFE!

Well you seem to know the "truth"; someone must be running there mouth, right? How would you know about reapeated lying unless a mouth is a running?

This In Regards To Jr, Chip And The Recent Firing Of One Attrictive Female In Admin. I Was At One Point In Time An An Enterpriser For Life. Spent A Good Couple Of Years In Group 32, Where Enterprise Is What Enterprise Is Suppose To Be. I Unfortunately Transferred Here To 43. Now Know What You Are All Talking About. In The 6 Months I Spent In 43, I Taught My Area Manager How To Run His Area, Listened To My City Manager(jr) Make Numerous Unprofessional Comments And Run His City Into The Ground. All The While Chip Sat Back In His Chair At Admin. And Did....oh Ya, Thats Right He Did Nothing.
It Is Beyond Comprehension Chip Still Holds His Job. The Man Has Hired And Then Fired Some Of The Most Unsuccesful Managers That I Have Had The Misfortunate Of Knowing. And He Continues To Keep His Job, As His Numbers Go Lower And Lower.
And In Regards To The Recent Firing Of The Lady In Admin. I Am Perplexed By It. I Find It Interesting That There Was No Written Explanation Of This Employees Job Duties, And Yet She Got Fired For Not Preforming These Jobs. To Top That, This Employee Was Apprarently Fired Before Any Written Warning. I Dont Know About Any Of You, But I Know That There Are A Lot More Ish That Goes Down With Employees At Enterprise That Are More Deserving Of Firing Than Actually Working Your Tail Off To Meet Ridiculous Time Lines, Given By A Person, Who In My Opinion, Should Not Be Managing Anyone. How Can Someone At Jf's Age Have Any Experience To Manage And Even Fire Someone? See Is Too Young And Inexperienced To Fire Someone. And Then To Hear That She Bragged About Firing Someone. Does She Not Know The Effects Of Loosing A Job. She Should Think About How She Would Feel If Her Pregnant Ass Got Fired Right Now.
Now That I Have That Off My Chest I Feel Much Better. And That Is All I Have To Say About That!

This must be Aaron.....I used to work with you in the same city. Funny how you and BL were so tight that you have to come on here and defend her since she's too pathetic to defend herself. If I remember correctly, you had to help her sell since she couldn't! I have worked with JF for awhile and she has shown me that a young female has the opportunity to be successful against a lot of male counterparts. Good for her! If someone is fired for ethical reasons, that falls in line with lying, cheating, and stealing which calls for firing on the spot. You can't trust someone that does one of these. Also, is it really appropriate to bring up her pregnancy? I find her way more attractive than BL...even pregnant! She has a great head on her shoulders, can hold an intelligent conversation, and has the guts to do the right thing by firing someone who lies and can't get her job done! BL a threat! Are you kidding me? JF wouldn't have hired her if she thought that was an issue. This is ridiculous! Why don't we talk about someone that matters? I had to ask someone who BL was!

Her husband you dumb ass! That's usually what you do when you are trying to get pregnant. She is not that kind of girl at all. You should do your research! All of this because she fired someone..........jealousy sure is a crazy thing!

I just think it's ironic that I am one here every now and then to get the latest on rental and all of a sudden JF is the hot topic. No one ever said anything bad about her until BL was fired. First message about her was last week and BL was fired last week. What a coincidence? Now, what's the latest in rental? Enough about Admin.

Well I heard Frisbee talking shiot about firing Lymon, and for an HR person to let these facts roll, hey does that not infringe on ethics??? hmmmmm??? YES!!!! So how are these details out there, if she did not run her mouth???? HMMMMMMM....... Frisbee is a joke,,,

Actually, if I were her I would think employees need to know that lying to your supervisor is taken seriously and will result in losing your job. There is nothing wrong with telling someone that. Besides, the boxes and escort out of the building kind of give it away. It's not JF's fault that someone in her department let her down. Maybe she will choose a more "ethical" person this time.

you all are sad. jf is awesome and has been a mentor to a lot of us in the group. she has helped me when trying to throw for positions and just been a mentor (not officially) throughout my career at erac. she is young, but her age has nothing to do with her management style. that is one of the great things about erac. you are given the chance to be promoted based on your merit--not on your AGE. give me a break. you all are stooping to new low-levels with this crap about her being pregnant and the dad. jf is a very dedicated christian that has been married for like 5 or 6 years. she does not deserve to be ridiculed because she fired someone for lying. do you think if you lied to your manager, you would still have a job? also, are all the duties of an mt written down? no! does that mean that they are not "duties" because they are not written down? what? does that make it ok to lie and tell your supervisor that you have done stuff that you haven't? lying is just like stealing. you steal 5 bucks from the cash box, you think they are just going to give you a warning? NO! well, that is the same with lying. i am sure if it were just performance issues, she would still have a job. dishonesty is one thing that should not be tolerated and personally i would not want to work for a company that did not fire employees for that!
this is just a shame. there is so much more that you all could be writing about !!
